Awful! I bought a groupon a few weeks ago for a Microdermabrasion facial. The man I spoke to was…read morecurt and had nothing available and this Groupon has an expiration date. He insisted they do not follow the expiration but I didn't trust him. I told him I wanted to get in, in plenty of time before I go to the beach. He said nothing. I made an appointment and it was close to my vacation so I consulted my Dr. She insisted NOT to get it and that I needed to avoid the sun for at least 1 week. They knew I was going to the beach and said nothing. I cancelled my appointment for safety reasons and because it was 12 hours prior they were taking my groupon and I got nothing! I even sent and email and the response was - No Response! They were curt, rude, UNSAFE about what they do and letting people know about dangers! Glad I didn't go and I hope I help prevent others from unsafe treatments that they fail to tell you precautions and warnings!

No one greeted me upon my arrival; after standing there for a few minutes, one of the workers asked if I had an appointment. I did, and was asked to fill out a form detailing my areas of concern. I did, but the information was never used during my services (I indicated tenderness due to ingrown toenails). I was offered a beverage. I had a Mani/Pedi with Victoria. While there was nothing truly wrong with her service, she made no attempt to hide her bad mood, which seemed to stem from the fact her hands hurt from booking "back to back to back services". There was no smile, no welcoming attitude. Never once asked how things felt or looked. I doubt I'll return, since my service was just average. Mani/Pedis are a rare treat for me, and there wasn't anything treat-like about my visit.

Upon entering, I was greeted promptly and escorted to the upstairs waiting area for my nails. Tricia was my technician, and she was lovely! On time, professional and friendly. The manicure itself was great and thorough. Very pleased with the service! This was my first visit. Based on their social media and website, I had an image in my head of a somewhat upscale salon. The curb appeal is a bit dated and worn, but there is ample parking which is nice! I entered the salon through the rear door (there are 2 entrances which I learned after. The one in the rear is for the lower level which I *think* is the salon. The front entrance goes to the second level which is nails, massages and facials from what I saw. You can get upstairs easily from the lower entrance though - just a bit confusing). The decor leaves a lot to be desired. It did not feel like a relaxing and upscale salon - more of a worn early 90's cream leather type of style. The arm chair I waited in was cracking so bad that I had cream colored flakes all over my arm. They also do not have enough dryers. There was a party of 4 pedicures that finished just before me and took up all of the dryers, so I sat in the waiting room letting my nails air dry. They also do not use new or sterilized nail files and instruments on each new client. I don't get manicures often, so am unsure of the policy on this - but see it noted in salon reviews often. Overall, the service itself was great, but it certainly didn't feel like a relaxing spa otherwise.

I am slowly seeing improvements however it is a huge undertaking. I wish they offered more classes. However they do offer quite a selection of classes. The basketball court is a big draw for my family. I've been a member for years and I hope they continue to improve. If there was another gym closer with the same amenities I would be at that gym and not this one.

There's never anything to sanitize things down before or after use of machines. Upholstery is broken on about 50% of the equipment. Water fountain has rust on it, and mold. The bathrooms are never stocked or clean. The showers are a biohazard in and of itself. There is always cancellations of the classes they provide. They do not offer any services advertised like karate classes, and pilates. they do not have a chiropractor on site, they fired her. The spa is not run by licensed cosmetologists, the cafe is always dirty and unkept. There is rust in the indoor pool, the therapy pool seat is corroding, which is terrible as it is used for transport of disabled individuals in and out of the pool. There is never anyone on management wise that can offer answers to my questions. Seems they just fired them all, as the three that were there when i signed up are now no longer employed. I want to warn anyone to this gym, as it's dirty, overpriced, and they serve alcohol? It's the owners nightclub on steroids, more than a serious venue to work out. I took my business to Planet Fitness, at least there they upkeep with the best work out machines available, and their classes are never cancelled.
