I prepaid for the massage (with tip) and still have not received my money back. Caitlin has not even acknowledged numerous calls or texts to reschedule or get my money back. You can't cancel on her, but she can cancel on you. I wouldn't trust this business, and certainly wouldn't prepay. I gave two stars because the one massage my wife received from Caitlin was helpful for an issue with her neck.
