Great massage though I will agree with another reviewer that said it was rough. My first thought…read morewhen I read that was that they just don't like deep tissue (I say deeper is better), but it was a bit like a beating. Still fantastic but a lot of sudden jolts movements and stuff. Hard to explain but unlike any other massage. Still fantastic. Got rid of my headache and loosened up my whole body - they used warm oils as well as a hot pot-style - I thought it was like a hot stone at first but I could hear the liquid sloshing inside so that was different. I made the appt same day and was glad they had availability and was happy when I walked out.

While I wouldn't describe the environment as overly professional, the majority of the girls have never been inappropriate or made me uncomfortable. That said, the newer girls have been a major letdown. One of the newer therapists is simply not good at deep tissue, and the person who worked on me yesterday (12/15/2025 around 4:00 pm) was completely unacceptable. Her behavior was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. She repeatedly touched and very obviously purposefully brushed inappropriate areas. Underwear is left on for a reason. I was clearly uncomfortable and tried to signal that by repeatedly moving away and pulling the sheet down, but she did not stop. The entire experience felt creepy and unsettling. It honestly felt like she was fishing for more money, which makes it even worse. I genuinely hope management addresses this and that she is fired. If I return anytime soon, I will absolutely be refusing her services if she is there. This experience was a real shame because this place has usually been excellent, and I never expected something like this to happen here.
