I've been coming here for a couple of years, and normally this place is very good. Most of the…read morestaff give some of the best massages I've ever had. While I wouldn't describe the environment as overly professional, the majority of the girls have never been inappropriate or made me uncomfortable. That said, the newer girls have been a major letdown. One of the newer therapists is simply not good at deep tissue, and the person who worked on me yesterday (12/15/2025 around 4:00 pm) was completely unacceptable. Her behavior was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. She repeatedly touched and very obviously purposefully brushed inappropriate areas. Underwear is left on for a reason. I was clearly uncomfortable and tried to signal that by repeatedly moving away and pulling the sheet down, but she did not stop. The entire experience felt creepy and unsettling. It honestly felt like she was fishing for more money, which makes it even worse. I genuinely hope management addresses this and that she is fired. If I return anytime soon, I will absolutely be refusing her services if she is there. This experience was a real shame because this place has usually been excellent, and I never expected something like this to happen here.

Unfortunately my experience here was not good. I scheduled a massage with Caitlin for early June,…read moreand 45 minutes before my appointment Caitlin canceled on me. I prepaid for the massage (with tip) and still have not received my money back. Caitlin has not even acknowledged numerous calls or texts to reschedule or get my money back. My wife also had Caitlin cancel on her last minute prior to my experience, but on a different date was charged full price when she had to cancel on Caitlin. You can't cancel on her, but she can cancel on you. I wouldn't trust this business, and certainly wouldn't prepay. I gave two stars because the one massage my wife received from Caitlin was helpful for an issue with her neck.

This place was genuinely awful. I went in already dealing with knots and tension in my neck, hoping…read morefor relief, and I left in significantly more pain than when I arrived. The person working on me used excessive pressure and kept digging his elbows directly into my neck without any apparent understanding of anatomy or technique. It felt aggressive and careless rather than therapeutic. Instead of loosening the muscles, the pressure seemed to do real damage. By the time I left, my neck pain was sharper, more localized, and far worse than before, to the point where I honestly believe a muscle may have been strained or torn. There was no adjustment when I reacted to the pain, no sense that he knew what he was doing or was paying attention to how my body was responding. Overall, the experience felt unsafe and unprofessional. What should have been a treatment left me injured and in more pain, and I would strongly caution anyone with neck issues to avoid this place.
