Our Elsa (Mikayla) checked in the evening before, and from the moment she got to the party she was on. They sang and danced and got their faces/arms painted, took pictures, she even read stories and lead the Happy Birthday song. She kept all of the kids engaged the whole time, it's such a great party because the parents can be safely hands off. Everyone had great things to say to her after the party, the magic my daughter felt through the whole thing was incredible. 10/10 I would do it again in a heartbeat.

No one really offers those characters, so I was excited to see them on the Epic Character Parties website. Bummer.... the owner let me know that Luigi and Mario had been damaged in another event and she couldn't get me a replacement in time, but offered Princess Peach and Yoshi instead. Can I tell you the screams of excitement from kids 4 - 14 when they walked through the door. They even worked with an awkward venue... we had them join us for the end of our Pump It Up Party. They were on time, they looked great, they had great energy, and they were amazing on the fly. My son loves to talk to characters, and they never broke character. After all of the online horror stories I was so grateful to this group of professionals for making 6 epic!

Our Rumi character was 45 mins late, which pushed my party longer, then took another 15 minutes to…read moreset up because her speaker wasn't connecting. She had games and my children got burnt out because she kept going without a break. I had to ask her to take a break so they could open presents. Then when leaving, she was parked and kids were nearby and saw her rip her wig off as soon as she got in her car. I had parents complain.

Mickey / Minnie characters on the day of the party were a big hit ..they were quite patient and friendly with the kids. He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! He was friendly, timely and excited to be there. My son actually told him a story about seeing his shadow a couple weeks ago and he responded with "oh you did? I've been looking for my shadow everywhere. Tried to stick it to me with soap, but I just can't get it to stay. Hmph!" Such a great Peter Pan answer. He did a sword fight, story telling, a parachute and balloon making all in one hour! The kids really loved it. Far exceeded my expectations and I will be hiring your professionals in the future! Just like with our first son's party, Michelle was easily accessible via text and phone throughout the entire planning process. We did a small backdrop, a welcome sign, table/chair rentals, cupcake toppers, and cupcakes and a smash cake through Michelle, and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! I hired Spiderman for my son's birthday party and although Tony(the manager) was very professional, the person who was in the Spiderman costume was not the best. He lacks some charisma and some energy. He played all the games requested on the booking but I expected more when it came to the "superhero training." All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. Booking process was really easy, but overall the service from the characters was not the best. Manager responded promptly and though Spiderman was not the best in my opinion, he showed up on time which was also professional on their side.
