She also did a magic show & danced with them, which they loved so much! Then she helped with the birthday cake & singing the birthday song. Thank you Rumi!

We booked Elsa for a 5th birthday party, we had about 10 kids, most of which are princess obsessed. Our Elsa (Mikayla) checked in the evening before, and from the moment she got to the party she was on. They sang and danced and got their faces/arms painted, took pictures, she even read stories and lead the Happy Birthday song. She kept all of the kids engaged the whole time, it's such a great party because the parents can be safely hands off. Everyone had great things to say to her after the party, the magic my daughter felt through the whole thing was incredible. 10/10 I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! We truly were blessed to find The Princess Party with a great team of admins and actors! Book your next party with them, you will NOT be disappointed!

No one really offers those characters, so I was excited to see them on the Epic Character Parties website. Bummer.... the owner let me know that Luigi and Mario had been damaged in another event and she couldn't get me a replacement in time, but offered Princess Peach and Yoshi instead. Can I tell you the screams of excitement from kids 4 - 14 when they walked through the door. They even worked with an awkward venue... we had them join us for the end of our Pump It Up Party. They were on time, they looked great, they had great energy, and they were amazing on the fly. My son loves to talk to characters, and they never broke character. After all of the online horror stories I was so grateful to this group of professionals for making 6 epic!

It's been a week, and I still haven't received my refund. I am disappointed by this entire experience and the lack of follow-through with both the booked performer as well as the refund process. I expected better overall service with trying to make things right after the booked performer did not make our event.

This year, we experience the magic that this company brings, by having Jessie have a special appearance and help us celebrate our little girl's birthday party. She remembered my daughter from the first Jessie event, and that made my daughter's birthday even more special . Jessie/and the actress that played Jessie, thank you for making today's birthday memories and special for my daughter . This truly made her feel so special! You're amazing! Julie was always very responsive on the phone with inquiries as well as scheduling / changes / payment etc .. also per my research Julie's rates for party characters were very competitive. Julie confirmed a few days before the party. She told me Elmo and the handler would be here a little before 5:00 PM. Elmo arrived at 4:00 PM not a problem. Just expected him at a different time. Only reason why Im giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the handler. She was a nice lady however a bit on the boring side, I asked for the handler to do balloon figures for the kids. But i think she needed more experience. Sooo many balloons popped before she could make something for the kids and all she could do was a sword and dog. Just expected a little more. Other than that , im happy with our experience.

She looked nothing like Moana, her wig and costume looked cheap and she was wearing Cinderella sparkly stiletto heels ! I even had one of the kids say " why is Moana wearing heels?" It was so embarrassing for me and I'm sure for the hired character. She did not perform or do all of the things that we booked: singing and dancing with the kids, games or face paint. The games were not thought out at all and was very disorganized and the face painting was done with stencils -and did not transfer well on the kids faces! It was awful! I have 3 children and we go above and beyond for their birthdays and obviously booking characters is not cheap ! I've emailed and called requesting a refund because we clearly paid for a service we didn't receive. So far they have only paid back the deposit and now I am trying to speak with the owner who still won't return my calls or emails regarding a full refund!
