Daniel was super communicative with us throughout the whole process and even though I was worried I was asking too many questions he never made me feel bad at all. Daniel sent so many pictures of our future puppy once she was born and kept us in the loop about everything. Daniel's early training has paid off for us-- our puppy is super great in the crate and is doing amazing with potty training. We bought our first yellow lab puppy from this breeder yesterday afternoon and returned back today…read moremorning (less than 24 hrs). The breeder has no refund policy 600 registration + 2900 price of the puppy. Please be aware. The puppy was almost 12 weeks old which was initially kept by the breeder for their Guardian program. We picked up on Saturday around 11:45am. Drove almost 2 hrs. To begin with the puppy threw up few times in the car and after coming home too. She had motion sickness to begin. We came home and gave water (Puppy had access to fresh water throughout). She did drink. She was running inside the house (little bit crazily and I understand because it's a new place) and would not even let her touch. So we tried to put a collar and put her on leash. Then took her outside to walk. She calmed a little bit down. From 2:15 2:45 pm walked. Then came home she had water. Throw up three times and pooped once in our small backyard. Later took her inside to put her in the pen where she would not sit at all or sleep. This is when she started barking. We left her alone inside the pen to have our lunch at 4:30pm. Took the puppy again for a walk as her barking became a bit louder. The cycle was walk , drink water and barking inside ex pen. Around 5:45pm we fed her dinner. Around 11ish we took for the last walk for the night. Put her to bed around 11:30pm. We had a bad experience with this puppy. If you had a huge home with backyard may be it would have worked. None of us slept the whole night. She was whining and barking throughout the night (which I understand all puppies do). The puppy would not stay inside the ex pen whatsoever. She would not let us pet her too. This puppy was constantly demanding us to take her out. Even at 11:30 pm. From 2 pm to 11:30 pm we were mostly out in and out. She never really went to sleep. As a first time owner, my experience with this breeder was this. I also felt that the breeder was not communicating to us well. Long story short, I wish the breeder at least gave $2900 back. I understand non refundable deposit for sure. I have seen my friends and neighbors owning dogs and yes they all had some initial issue but not like this. This was an expensive experience and I lost nearly $5000 on this puppy and puppy supplies. Having said this, I would request a refund ($2900) from this breeder. I went there only for a yellow lab as our son wished for that. This puppy was definitely a bit aggressive.

I got lucky with her, as she came potty and crate trained. Rayshawn is good about making sure the pups follow rules and I can't recommend her enough. I got my GS from Kreative Kennels in November 2017. When I picked him up at their facility he was…read morefull of feces so the worker took him to hose him down and brought him back completely wet and was wiping him with a rag, but he still smelled. The poor thing was shivering. When we were driving back to So. California, I noticed he kept coughing. The next day I took him to vet emergency clinic and they said he had a respiratory infection and gave him an injection of antibiotics. After the antibiotics killed all the good bacteria in this 7 week old puppy, he had chronic GI issues for months. I called Kreative and they reimbursed me for the vet visit but I was still dealing with the chronic loose stool. Then he was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia in early 2020 and vet said he already had it as a puppy which is why he was bunny hopping. After the age of 2, he displayed very aggressive behavior toward objects, thank goodness not toward people and has very high anxiety. He destroyed all my furniture, sofas, kitchen table, kitchen wall, bed mattress, chainlink fence, etc. while growling and foaming at the mouth. He is 8yo now and when something triggers him, he will scratch and bark at the floor. Doesn't go after the furniture or objects anymore. He also does this if anyone comes in the house to visit or if something triggers him. I've had 3 trainers. I've had to pay thousands for his hip surgery and rehab. After reading negative reviews on Yelp, I feel I have to share my experience with my dog. I called Kreative a couple of years ago to see if one of his parents also had these behavioral issues, but was told that his father had been retired. I asked why and they said because he was barking a lot and damaged his vocal cord. I didn't believe it. There are lots of dogs who bark 24/7 and don't damage their vocal cords. They wouldn't give me information on his mother. Now when my dog has one of his fits, I just point to the hallway and he knows to go straight to his room and into his crate until he's done having his fit. He'll just scratch and bark at the floor of the crate and after a few minutes he calms down. It's like his brain suddenly turns on and then turns off as if nothing happened. He's gotten a lot better but it's been a long hard road and this is where we are now. When he doesn't have those fits, he's the sweetest dog and the vets love him.

Although Darlin' is a sweet and gentle soul towards other people, since she was young she's struggled with moments of reactivity towards other dogs. However since we started our training with Maddie, we've seen major improvement with these interactions. And it's the tools and guidance Maddie has given us that has helped us reach this important milestone. We live in a city, in an apartment building that has many dogs (that aren't well trained), so run-in's are a constant occurrence. Maddie has been wonderful with helping us address these very specific scenarios. Particularly in situations where run-ins may happen in close quarters(such as elevators). We're also always reassured knowing Darlin is in Maddie's care when we go on extended trips. She not only comes back with sharper training each time, but I know she's had the time of her life from all the photos and updates I receive while we're gone. That stuff really matters. She genuinely cares about helping the relationships between dogs and their owners and that shows through her compassion and patience she has with Darlin. Given that Cooper's fur is double coated, it takes a lot of work and patience to groom him. That's why we been going to her because you need to go above and beyond to clean Cooper. I enrolled him for three weeks and ended up adding a fourth. His biggest challenges were reactivity, anxiety, recall, and staying engaged with me around distractions. Before training, he would bark and lunge at strangers, bolt through open doors, and ignore commands the moment something more interesting appeared. Now he's calm on and off leash, reliably holds commands until released, and consistently checks back in with me instead of running off. What impressed me most wasn't just the behavior change, it was the foundation Olivia built. Nix now understands how to look to me for guidance when he's distracted, stressed, or uncertain. The results have been more durable and meaningful than anything I achieved through months of research, classes, private lessons, and thousands of dollars spent on training. I was initially skeptical of board and trains, and balanced training methods, particularly e-collars and slip leads, because of so many traumatic videos out there. Olivia completely changed my perspective. She uses these tools thoughtfully, gently, and effectively--not to intimidate or hurt dogs, but to communicate clearly despite distractions. A little backstory--Athena was a COVID puppy, so she didn't get the proper early socialization she needed, especially with other dogs. On top of that, being a Belgian Malinois, she has very unique needs. Her prey drive is incredibly high, and so was her anxiety. Walks used to be stressful--she would react to every noise, person, or animal. Even getting her into the car felt like wrestling a bear. After training with Olivia, it honestly felt like we got a whole new dog back. Athena still has some anxiety and that natural Malinois prey drive, but now I have the tools and confidence to manage both effectively. We now go on daily walks--often twice a day. I've taken her to large parks and on short hikes, and she's been amazing. I'm even planning to take her on a multi-day camping and hiking trip--something I never would have imagined before her training. The biggest difference is that Olivia didn't just train my dog--she trained me too. She gave me the knowledge and tools to continue working with Athena at home, and Athena has taken to it like a fish to water.
