Brought in 2 bags and a container of clothes, they only took 7 items, said everything else "wasn't the size they needed or had wear and tear" yet they had a sign on the counter saying they needed the exact sizes I brought and I went through everything before I brought it in and there were no stains, rips or anything. I brought 100 items. they said they only take things that are brand new or have tags on them. so stupid. read more

We had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. After ten years of having an only child we found ourselves expecting again. We really wanted to budget instead of splurging on brand new items from big retailers. We were unaware of the amazing deals you can get shopping for gently used second hand items. 10 for 10 on bodysuit onesies,15% off tote Tuesdays, and every month they typically run a special. For our growing family it is worth every penny. The employees at this location have been very kind to us. We do see how stressful it can be to balance going through loads of items and also servicing customers that are shopping. They do the best they can. We hope to keep coming back to this location for more finds! read more

I had dropped off clothes and picked out new ones and clarified that I wanted whatever store credit I got to go to the new clothes, they said that was possible and to come back later. when I came back after they were done going through the clothes I sold, they tried to cash me out and I had to explain I wanted store credit(as I had specified earlier) and asked again if I get more in store credit vs. cashing out, and was told yes- then she goes to ring me up. Says the same exact total they told me earlier in the day. I tried to explain that the other girl told me I could put whatever they bought from me towards the new clothes. Red haired Girl behind the counter rudely stated "no it's the same amount." Regarding cash out vs. store credit. Which was not what I was told by two other workers earlier. So I ended up paying full price for the new clothes I had picked out. Extremely extremely frustrating. Really seemed like there's no communication between staff no one knew what was going on. Felt like they just wanted me out of there and didn't want to deal with what I was asking. I never leave negative reviews but this situation was extremely frustrating please do better. read more

I love this place! They always have the cutest clothes for your little one, as well as a very cheap selection of bouncers, bassinets, play mats, toys, books, etc. The one thing that I'd say I don't like about the place is that the cashiers are a bit under enthusiastic? I don't know how to describe it, but they just don't seem happy to be there. They're great at helping at getting you out of there fast, but I wish they were a bit more happy to see customers. read more

Ever since I got pregnant, I have heard so many raving reviews about this place from friends! After going through all the clothes we had gotten from our baby shower, I had a few clothing items we still needed for my son and I wanted to try to thrift those items. I started off at goodwill and found only a handful of items that were for kids under a year old and none were tempting at all. Next, I went to once upon a child and was immediately impressed as I walked into the store! My first thought was there were so many clothes AND they were organized so well!! I only needed a few items but could have easily bought more than I needed from how many cute items they had and their great prices. I walked out with 4 great quality clothing items for $13 which is less than I paid for one item at Carters. I didn't look through the selection for older kids but I assume the selection is great there too. Friends have also told me they have sale days too where everything is discounted a ton so I am looking forward to those as well. I know you can sell items to them as well but I think they might be pretty picky about which items they take. I am not sure but that would make sense since all the items they have are in great shape! I don't think they are always buying new items so call ahead if you are hoping to sell to them. So excited to make this store a regular stop for my son's clothes as he grows! read more

Pretty small store and selection compared to the others I've been too. Never any special sales going on other than the 10 for $10 bodysuits. Watch the tag too (even though it looks like other bodysuits/onesies, doesn't mean it's labeled as one. You'll wonder how $10 is $16.) I also think the staff could use a more peppy and welcoming attitude. They seem to hate being there, which makes my shopping and check out experience less desirable. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars I have already warned all my friends and family not to visit this place they are racist to the point where if you are black in bring baby clothes in to be sold they gave you little or nothing for your items I have sent my other race friend in to the store to second guess myself and yup I'm right he walked out with every item brought more then I ever did this place is a complete joke so stay away read more

If you're looking to sell clothes here, don't waste your time!!! We drove 40 minutes thinking we'd sell some of our daughters outgrown clothes and then use the store credit to buy our son some warm clothes. The staff was not friendly at all and they told us it'd take 3 1/2 hours to go through our 3 large totes. We drove 40 minutes back home. They called less than 2 hours later, so we drove back. They decided to purchase only a handful of things and offered us less than $10! We went home with most of what we tried to sell and nothing for our son! What a waste of time and gas! Don't bother with this store! I'd rather donate the clothes than go through all that again! read more

Best place to get super cute and cheap clothes for kids! Probably my new favorite place!

We brought 2 extra large bins of baby clothes in. We said we had 6 more bins at home, and the lady said they would take it all. We had to go back 5 hours later only for them to return ALL the clothes to us except for a couple shirts and pants! Huge waste of time! Would not recommend selling here! read more
