I spent over $400 at the newmarket store, the cashier asked if i wanted a printed or text receipt,…read morei went with a text receipt which i never received, i have spoken to customer service several times and they cannot located one and basically told me they cannot help me nor can i do a return without a receipt, i told them i can show them the charges on my credit card and if they could just authorize an exchange or return and NO, not even a credit even though this was not my mistake! I have an email from them showing my returns on the same day, i have credit card receipts and they dont care!! They will not give me the store's phone number to speak with a manager, basically I am stuck with the purchases, Zara's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, they will not do anything!!!
