I stopped in today to look for a puffer vest. I really appreciated that all the racks had big number signs on them to indicate where which sizes started and stopped!! After no luck finding one in the hoodie type section I approached the counter to ask the cashier if I was indeed looking in the proper area? She confirmed I was but... on occasion one may make it in to the coat section and pointed to where that was. Sure enough I found a vest, not a puffer vest in the coats. I was looking for a boy one and found a black Motherhood Maternity one that was more of just a piece of nylon(?) w no body to it so I passed on the purchase. 4-star for purchasing: If you are looking to buy items, I have found some good deals on clothes like dance uniforms, soccer cleats, and Halloween costumes, as well as decent toys and a wagon. Staff are friendly. 1-star for selling: If you are looking to sell items I would not recommend. I waited 2 hours the other day for a small box of clothes, a doorway bouncer, and a table seat. Today I was told it would be 15 min for the highchair I brought in. After an hour (never received a text and it said it was in "sorting on their system), I finally asked and they said "ohh, they must have forgot to mark it complete and text you." No apology. Now this week I have wasted three hours of my time because they buy very little and when they do it's for very little money. If Goodwill accepted baby things, I would rather just donate, but they don't. read more

I provided child care for 43 years and tuckered out. I took in a carload of clean items in terrific condition. Within one hour a staff member had sent me a text that the store was willing to buy over one-half of my treasures and recommended a local charity for the remaining toys. They paid me on the spot. I really never liked this store when I went in to take my kids clothes but now that I go in for my grandchild I am also not impressed. There are way better kids clothing stores in the area that are much friendlier and so much more pleasant experience overall. Dislike when you hear workers talking negative in front of customers. Negative: will not buy much if you do choose to bring in items to sell. *I brought in toys in early Nov, much of which was new, and they took only 1/3 of the amount, and paid pennies for it. I seriously considered just giving it away instead of taking the $. Positive: Selection of clothes for kids is excellent, but you need to really weed through the garments. Prices are comparable to Goodwill, which is basically saying that most prices compare to new clothes at Walmart and Target. Just depends on how you want to spend your time, and if you want more of a selection. read more

These people basically jeep you out your money. You could sell something brand new just for it to only be couple dollars something that's really high in price. I asked a lady how these items would be before hand and they told me a price well I didn't get the price I was told at first. I got less than my item was even worth. I will never bring anything into this store again. I rather no one shopped here if they just gone jeep mfs out there shit. Everything was brand new shit doesn't make since. Than when I asked for the manager the girl says manager isn't available. If you have an unsatisfied costumers. You get the manager no matter what the fucking issue is. I received several text messages (use to shop here regularly) from the store saying they were looking to buy things back. I called the store to see how to sell back and the person I talked to made it sound like they really needed things to buy and would buy back a fair amount. Brought my stuff in, didn't know the process or how to do the sign in, the person who helped me, who I believe is the manager, was very rude to me and made me fell very small for not knowing how to check in. It took them an hour and a half to go through my stuff only to find out that they would only buy back a very few amount of items for a VERY small amount of cash. Which I didn't really understand because as I shopped around the store when I was waiting they seemed to be short on the items I brought to sell (looked like they needed them). Then when I picked up the stuff they didn't want it was just shoved back and unfolded in the tote I brought it in. I left very confused on the stuff they took and didn't take and the price they paid. I won't waste my time there anymore. Also, as I waited for an hour and a half, I realized that a lot of the cloths they were selling are not at a good deal, you can buy the same things new for about the same price. Not impressed. If you care at all about public health you may want to think twice about going into this store, not one employee at the store was wearing a mask and social distancing was not happening between employees and very hard to do in the rest of the store. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere. Just a heads up. I mean we are in the middle of a pandemic. read more

wouldn't recommend for anybody to go here, i took a 2 year old stroller (in very good condition), some clothes and a pair of almost brand new toddler timberlands in and they offered me $17.50 for everything and when we refused the offer the manager was very rude and threw our stuff back in the bag and rudely said we can take our stuff back. i will personally never go back again. read more

I took kids clothing in yesterday. Most of it was new without tags. I went back an hour later and was told that everything was stained and dirty. Sorry lady behind the counter but it wasn't. I took it directly out of the closet and put it in the boxes and bags. Not to mention when I got home and looked through the stuff I noticed that a number of dresses had a yellow substance on them that they didn't have when I brought them in. This store has lots of great clothes and fair prices but if you are in a hurry, skip it and buy new. On 4 of my last 5 visits to this store I almost left my selections and walked out while waiting at the register and on the 5th visit I finally gave up and walked out. At a store where the majority of shoppers have children with them, you would think they would understand the importance of hurrying up just a bit. Also, one of their best assets was the enclosed play area for kids which has been eliminated in their move to a bigger store. read more
