They handled each step of the process with integrity, honesty, fairness and kindness. It was a very difficult time for our family and it was such a relief to be dealing with such dedicated, knowledgeable and fantastic people. It was an absolute joy to work with them. They also spent the time to get to know my great-aunt, which was a huge comfort for her during such a huge transition. The auctions were very successful and they were handled in a timely, professional manner. We'll definitely be using them again. I highly recommend choosing them, you won't be disappointed.

My email didn't get a response. I was far more annoyed by the continuing avoidance issues than the need to replace the machine. The repair guy made some promises about trying to fix it and getting back to me. No surprise, it's been a month, and it's more avoidance. It's sad, because I'd love to buy a Bernina to replace my old machine, and this is the closest dealer. I obviously won't be coming back here.

She truly wanted us to find the piece that suited us, no matter how long it took! Casey greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm every time she saw us, remembered our names from the very first day, and sent us thank you notes after we bought jewelery from her. I could not be happier with my engagement ring. One of the things we liked the most about Howes was that they contract with all the jewelry designers in the area and have them agree that once they design a piece, they only sell one and that is sold to Howes. So, essentially, you are getting a one of a kind piece! This was very important to me, as I didn't want a "cookie cutter" ring.

I took the watch back to JCPenney where we had purchased it from and they advised us that they'd have to send the watch in and it would be $40 to $50 and take several weeks. They suggested that I take it to a jewelry store. I took it to a store in the LaCrosse Mall and the young lady working told me that she always recommended, "Clocks off Main", to people who needed watches fixed. I drove straight to the place she referred me to and was promptly assisted by the owner, Joe, who was able to fix the watch in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $10. Joe was very personable and easy to work with. I would highly suggest taking any watch or clock you need repaired to Joe. Anne J.
