I don't typically look at shoes as I only wear vionics. I was asked if I needed any assistance. Asked about vionics and was told about aetrex. It stayed with me and I went in the next week to learn more. Ended up buying one pair for me and two for my mother. Amazing customer service both times. And, your store was BUSY! I'm not sure I've ever seen a shoe store so busy. Every worker was helpful and working. I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be shopping there again. The manager found me a pair that had the qualities I was looking for (waterproof, rugged, and fashionable) and even looked better than the ones I had originally wanted. He went out of his way to find me a few options that would fit me and I would have bought more than one pair if I had the extra funds. I will definitely be going back for my next shoe purchase. This store is full of scam artists. My family signed a contract with them on the condition that we…read morewould receive $800 dollars towards new phones after qualifying trade ins, but when my mother went to get her phone they arbitrarily canceled the offer. It was supposed to be a reward for our "loyalty" to Verizon, but once you sign the contract they certainly wont be loyal to you. Now we're stuck with this contract without the benefits we were promised. Get a good lawyer first before you even think of going here. Or better yet, go anywhere else.

She also stayed late for me. The only downside of the visit was that every item I picked out was out of stock. If you want to showcase the product in the store, maybe put a sign on it that says "Temporarily Out of Stock Until ________". The manager tried to tell me that I should get the firm which was a bit shorter and seemed to fit me better, but I wouldn't listen, so he he did agree to sell it to me and then had it delivered. He told me many times that if I needed to return it that I could. I told him that I would not need to... Well, lo and behold I needed to return the mattress--it's too tall. I called him up and told him I needed to exchange it and it was no problem at all. In fact, he did some measurements on mattresses to make sure that I got exactly what I needed and had it delivered. Honestly, the customer service was excellent. I think he really cared and he really knew the products. Yes, I should've listened to him in the first place, but I'm glad that he was so easy to work with.

All n all my experience was great. I have been there 3 different times and every time the customer…read moreservice was awesome. After I received my first bill I couldn't understand it for the life of me so I went in to have it explained. The associates were very polite with all my questions and must have spent 25 minuets with me answering my questions. I had also bought some Hue light bulbs, a drone, and an echo dot for Christmas and they gave me a better deal than what was posted online!!! Everyone seems like they enjoy working there.
