I don't understand how they justify pricing their used clothing more expensive than new from different store. I came in looking for school uniform clothing for my daughter. I brought in a large doll house in great condition with all original pieces. I also placed in new batteries, knowing the sounds and lights would need to be checked. Upon my return, they said they "really wanted to accept the item but could not" because they "opened the battery compartment to check it (and it looked great) but now they could not get the battery cover to screw back on no matter how hard they tried." I very much understand not accepting items- however- when I bring in an item for the company to "inspect"- I equally expect to have it returned in the same condition (not a newly broken battery cover). read more

I absolutely adore this store. All their stuff is either new or gently used and clean. The clothes are organized well, very cute selection, and they have a great variety. They also have shoes, hats, toys, and just little extras all over. I will most definitely be a returning customer. If I could give zero I would!!! Brought in freshly washed and even folded clothes. They spent probably less than five minutes looking at them and than claimed that they had an odor. You could smell the lavender fresh scent we use at the house to clean them coming off the clothes. When I asked them to elaborate they just said the staff was highly trained in smelling?!? They would not take them and just said to go wash them again. I know my family and friends warned me about going here because they have quite a bad reputation but I still wanted to give it a go. I really like shopping here, so that gets a star. But selling gets 2 stars. I purchased a hat from them that ended up being defective. They wouldn't accept it as a return since I didn't have the receipt, even though the tag was still attached. I put it with my items to sell them, and they wouldn't buy it! When asked about the price they were purchasing a specific item for, they weren't able to tell me, so how am I to decide if I want to sell that item? They were full of explanations and reasons why, in a rude way. They could use an attitude change and some customer service training, as well as an updated system that allows returns. It would be zero if that was an option. Went in to get my daughter bigger shoes, and I brought in a box of perfectly good, well cared for, no stains, no rips clothing, as well as CLEAN shoes that my little girl simply grew out of. One of the associates tried to tell me that in particular a pair of pants were infant size, when the tag clearly states they are 3T!! My daughter is 4 years old!! They gave me almost everything back and told me there was too much wear and tear and they were out of date. Meanwhile, I'm going through their shoe boxes in the back and there were MULTIPLE pairs of shoes that were dirty, stained, missing shoe laces etc. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time or money here. Also, looks like I'm not the only one who is extremely disappointed in this business. I am a small business owner myself and love to support local small businesses, but I will NOT be back. I love the idea of this place but I have always been let down by the employees. Their attitudes are ridiculous. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by serving you. I've tried to sell clothes in there many times. These are all good quality clothes. But if the person waiting on you and inspecting your clothing is not in a good mood (which happens a lot), they will turn down your clothes and say that there is something wrong with them. But there isn't! So, to test their disapproval, I've taken those same clothes back to another person and guess what!?! They accepted them. This wasn't a fluke. I've done it three times. I can't stand this place. And it's all because of the employees. If I want to be treated badly and looked down upon, I'd go to my mother-in-law's house. Kidding. read more

This place has a ton of stuff....it all looks really good and they also have new items. The prices are fair.

The owner of this store, Tyler, was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my daughters and I. We brought in approximately 8 bins of children's clothing, but when I arrived, they said they'd only look at up to 4 bins. In addition, they needed to be exactly the same size as the bins they had on-site. I let them know that their website doesn't indicate any limits on the number of bins they'll look at and that they should consider adding that information. The lady who was helping me said "We used to have a sign, but it fell down or something." At that point, Tyler stepped in and told me to be happy with whatever they'd offer and stop complaining. He said that anyone who's donated clothes there knows their limits and it wasn't his fault that I didn't know. I asked if his manager was there, and he let me know that he was the owner so I couldn't go any further than him. He continued to be rude to both me and my 2 children until I told him I couldn't in good conscience give business to someone like him, and we left the premises. As a final note, he yelled at me and both of my children as we left the store. I would recommend not giving them any business, either buying or selling. read more
