I cannot stress how important it is to feel confident when changing careers. I would never have gotten my foot in the door in a new industry had I not gone through this process with her. Through personality tests and self exploration, we both discovered how I would be better suited for certain types of jobs. And through her coaching, I found ways to relate all of my experience to new work so that I could better articulate my background and interest in new jobs. I also greatly trusted Linda because she wasn't interested in getting me to meet with her on a regular basis. She only wanted to see me after I had met the goals we agreed upon. This gave me a sense of momentum that I wouldn't have had on my own. As another reviewer has said, Linda doesn't have a 'magic wand,' but she has a wealth of career counseling experience and industry expertise to help her clients gain perspective, confidence and direction. I would never have made the leap and found such an amazing job had it not been for her.
