My ceiling and adjacent wall was damaged due to water leaking from the unit above. We requested an inspection and Eliseo was prompt in his response and quickly provided a fair estimate. Eliseo fit us into his busy schedule and arrived at the promised time. He walked me through his process and answered all of my questions and concerns. He finished before the promised time without the mess that I had expected, and my ceiling/wall looked as good as new with a near perfect paint match. I would definitely use On Time Painting services again! read more

I've used On Time Painting multiple times over the years for interior painting for my business and exterior painting for my home. They have kept my office looking professional and fresh over the years, and now they have done an incredible job for the exterior of my home. Eliseo is professional and fair. The work is high quality and done On Time like the name. I highly recommend getting a quote from Eliseo for any painting project, home or business! read more

Eliseo is wonderful at his job and very professional. He painted the exterior of my new business and has elevated the curb appeal 100%. His attention to detail and dedicated to his craft shows in his work. Not only was he responsive, punctual and professional, but he was also very charming and friendly and warm. I am so happy with the work and the new friend I made in Eliseo. I highly recommend On Time Painting for any and all painting needs. read more

I'm so great full I found this company to help with interior painting of the walls and ceiling. They were on time, did a great job, and I was very happy with the price - other quotes I've gotten were higher. But most of all I appreciate how fast they got the job done, house was livable in no time and ready for me to proceed with decorations and furniture moving. So thank you, guys, again. I highly recommend on time painting for all your house painting needs. read more

Eliseo did a great job refinishing and sealing/painting our wooden deck in time for the Fall rains. He responded promptly to provide an on-site estimate, was respectful and answered all our questions clearly demonstrating his expertise in deck refinishing. His estimate was reasonable, and we are very pleased with the superior quality of his work and would rehire him again for future needs. We highly recommend On Time Painting. read more

He started his work right on time, did what I have asked perfectly, in a high quality, and very transparent about the pricing. I definitely would recommend Eliseo for everyone. read more

Eliseo was great to work with when we needed a wall repainted in our home. When I was looking for services, he responded promptly and came to give us an estimate. He was able to get it done quickly, did a beautiful job and was very helpful. He also had a great price for the job. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy painter that does great work! read more

We had a horrible painter that left the job before it was completed, my husband and I were scrambling to find replacement to work in a really short timeframe over the weekend. I found Eliseo through Yelp and decided to go with him after meeting with a couple different candidates. Eliseo and his crew were extremely professional and on time just like their brand. They finished the job perfectly and you can tell they take pride in the work they do and they really care about the craftsmanship. They came in to save the day.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their place painted. read more

Friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Eliseo walked us through everything and did a great job. We'd use him again.

Eliseo and his team live up to their name. We needed our entire 4BR house repainted within 2 weeks and they got it done ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. They were very professional and did extras that weren't part if the job like power washing my son's stubborn paint mess from the stone patio. Not the cheapest quote but not the most expensive either. We are very happy with the quality of the work and will gladly work with them again. read more

Bid out 5 painters with 5 star reviews for a large foyer/ stairwell project. 3 came in very close to each other, but On Time Painting was just a tad lower and I like that Elisio spent time discussing how he would approach the job and ensure against paint splatter on the railings. (We were getting our carpet replaced after painting). Based on their good reviews, I gave On Time Painting the job. Provided them the Benjamin Moore paint codes we wanted for ceiling, wall and trim. Elisio and his crew showed up on time when promised, prepped walls, painted and completed the job in 2.5 days, even coming back 1/2 day for minor touchup after new carpeting was installed. Elisio was very accommodating and scheduling was easy. Recommended. read more

The painters came on time and did a couple of quick coats in our small living room. When wrapping up, the lead painter pointed out some unevenness in the coloring and said it might need a third coat, although he was clear that it wasn't the quality of our paint. It seemed that he regretted saying this almost immediately, even though it was quite true; you could easily see the unevenness. Then he claimed that everything would dry and settle "flat," and that they would come back if we weren't happy with it after it dried completely. We sent photos to the painter that afternoon asking him to return, and he said it would cost another $350 to finish the job! No thank you. We ended up paying for a couple of hours of an incomplete paint job, with the painters trying to nickel-and-dime us for completing the work, which we ended up doing ourselves. If you use these guys, insist that they finish the job to completion and don't pay them until the paint dries and you're happy with their work. read more

Eliseo was available on short notice and with very competitive pricing to repair a ceiling that was damaged due to a water leak. He gave guidance up front on how to best dry out the ceiling after the water leak was fixed. Then when it was ready to paint he came in and was extremely efficient in doing his work. Thank you Eliseo! read more

Eliseo is a pro. I called him up and he quoted me a price and we negotiated to something that I was very happy with. We set something up for the next morning, which was a weekend, he didn't have any problem with it. I texted him the paint color and he picked it up before showing up. When he showed up, he made sure to get the job done right. The price he quoted me was for two coats on the wall. It turns out that the wall would need a third coat -- he did it for no extra charge. He loves his job and it shows! read more

Fast, reasonable price, arrived on time. Finished job as expected. My second time using them and would use them again. Highly recommend.

I 110% recommend Eliseo and On Time Painting. I had to paint a 1,200 sqft apartment in SF and Eliseo did a phenomenal job. He is very responsive and was quick to visit in person the property to provide an estimate. He recommended skipping some minor painting sections as it really was not needed (and lowered the overall budget); Eliseo does care about his clients. After signing the job, Eliseo was on time every single day and worked hard to get it all done in less than 5 working days. He is always available via phone/text, very detail oriented, and very tidy throughout the actual painting process. His pricing is either at par, or lower, than alternatives, so dont doubt going with Eliseo as he will do an amazing job. I will recommend him to all my friends! Thank you, Eliseo! read more

I contacted numerous painters and with COVID, finding a responsive painter is almost impossible at the moment. Eliseo not only responded promptly, but followed through with an estimate. He and his crew showed up on time, following COVID safety protocols, and finished on time. That seems the basic minimum that a painter should do, but On Time Painting also does a beautiful job and is extremely professional. The room looks amazing from the ceiling to the baseboards. I appreciated On Time Painting leaving me with a beautiful finished project. I would highly recommend On Time Painting. read more

Eliseo prepped, waterproofed and painted the exterior of our four story building, a 1908 Victorian in the heart of San Francisco. He takes pride in his work, and it is indeed his work as Eliseo was on the scaffolding every day. His work was thorough, on schedule, on budget and expertly done. He repaired or replaced flashing, did trim carpentry wherever needed without extra charged and even replaced a broken window without surcharge. Eliseo introduced us to an excellent roofer to replace two small rooftops that we hadn't realized were totally deteriorated over the years. Eliseo and his crew coordinated with the roofers and cleaned the job site daily as well as at the end of the whole project. His crew also dealt patiently and very professionally with an unruly tenant in the building, moreso than I could. Total pros. We're very lucky to have found On Time Painting available on such short notice and ahead of the rainy season. We've had prior experience with sloppy, rushed painters who don't take pride in their work. From the moment we met Eliseo, we knew we were in expert hands. Your search for quality and affordability just ended, call Eliseo and relax. read more

I needed front exterior of the house repainted. Eliseo wasn't the lowest bid, but I liked his demeanor and how he spoke about what needs to be done. Also he was right on time for our appointment, which is a major plus, so I accepted his bid. He shows up exactly when he says, and does exactly what he said he'd do. He kept me informed about all the problems with the job (there were a few), and didn't have any issues with a slightly expanded scope of the work. The job was finished on time and result was high quality and very presentable. There were some paint bubbles on black wood trim, and he came out a few days later, after I already paid him, and fixed them. Respect. Highly recommend. read more

Eliseo and his guys were prompt, polite, and did excellent work. He was quick to getting us an estimate and starting the job. We had walls which were scratched, scuffed, and in some cases badly patched from old jobs - by the time Eliseo was done it was hard to even compare the rooms. Highly recommend! read more

We had the best experience with On Time Painting. While we only had a small job to do (paint our kitchen) Eliseo was in and out in under 2 hours, and he did a phenomenal job. He didn't even have to tape anything! The horrible yellow walls, became a nice calming white. He was extremely professional, on time, and precise. I highly recommend! read more

When my office hired Eliseo, they expected a simple job to be finished simply. The job, however, turned out to be much more involved than originally anticipated. That was alright though, because Eliseo was able to meet and exceed the unforeseen demands while not breaking stride. He is easy to contact, very open to discussion as well as improvisation, charmingly determined, and displays a level of integrity that I wish I saw in more people these days. The end result looks fantastic and we are completely happy. Thanks so much for your great work!!! Oh, did I mention that the price was also wonderful and that Eliseo followed through and fixed something that was mysteriously damaged a few weeks later at no additional cost? Because that happened. So he's awesome. read more

Highly recommended! Just had a great experience with Eliseo for a small project where he painted our nursery area which included a lofted wall high above our stairwell. He's very friendly and professional, and his work is precise and of the highest quality. Will definitely have him back for future projects! read more

Eliseo did an amazing job painting our house. I highly recommend working with him and I plan to work with him again in the future!

I received two bids for our exterior paint job and was waiting for two other painters who came by to submit their bids. (They never bothered to send me their bids even after I reminded them!). My neighbor was talking to a painter and I could hear the conversation - so I went out and met Eliseo from On Time Painting. He looked at the exterior of the house and made several observations about things that the other painters had entirely missed. He said he would have a bid for me soon. That NIGHT he sent me his estimate! It was $500 lower than the previous lowest bid. Plus I liked the fact that he uses Benjamin-Moore Aura paint - which is highly rated. I asked him to send me the contract via email. Even before he had received my deposit (sent via snail-mail) he and his crew were able to start the job. This was the following Monday! I new that there was some wood rot on the side of the house and he carefully showed it to me and suggested a repair. I thought this would slow the job down. However, he has his own carpenter who showed up the next morning and completed the repairs that day. His crew scraped all loose paint and pressure washed the front and side of the house (which were the two areas I was having painted). He and his crew sealed all the cracks and applied one coat of Primer (Zinsser brand) and two coats of our selected color. It looks great. He also made sure to re-seal all of the trim and garage door and did two coats on all wood trim pieces. It looks amazing. His workmanship and pricing is so good that he's not only doing the neighbor's house below our house (we're on a hill) - but he's also starting on our uphill neighbor's house on Monday. Can't say enough about his workmanship and honesty. You won't be disappointed if you decide to hire him. read more

I highly recommend Eliseo, he is very professional with more than 20 years of experience. He did a fantastic job with my doors. Thank you Eliseo! read more

Eliseo and his team did a great job with my duplex! They were professional, punctual, and patient (we decided to switch colors last minute and Eliseo was super helpful in assisting with the final decision). We plan on doing a few more projects with him soon! read more

Eliseo and Simon painted the outside of my house and did a great job! Very well organized, attentive to details, and reliable. No shortcuts done. All areas were left clean afterwards. My house needed lots of prep because of peeling paint, cracks and stucco defects. They fixed everything, did extra work at no charge. Very reasonable price for the high quality job! I received lots of compliments on my new house look! I am very happy with results and highly recommend Eliseo and his team. read more

Highly recommend On Time team. I vetted 3-4 contractors and this company was the most reasonable and straightforward bid. They came right on time every day and completed the exterior work of our home, west side of SF. Very hard working and detailed oriented crew. Everything was on schedule, done thoroughly, and cleaned up in a timely way. Already have compliments from our neighbors from the team's work. I agree with the other folks, skimming their responses. read more

Wow, On Time Painting is the real deal. They painted back of the house after re-doing our back stairs and it looks PHENOMENAL!!!!! They fixed all the weird, patchy parts and it looks great. They also had the best estimate we got. Completely reasonable. I wish our HOA had the funds to do the whole house. I would highly recommend Eliseo and crew. Complete professional, friendly, and works their ass off. We put this off for two years and I wish we would have had them here earlier. It's sparkly now!! Hire Eliseo and crew, you will not be disappointed. read more

I highly recommend On Time Painting. I was having trouble finding an affordable painter for a small but cumbersome job painting a stairway and hallway ceiling. Eliseo and his crew worked with me to find a fair price, completed the job very quickly and professionally, and were very friendly and easy to work with. The crew was doing some touch-up work for us, and went above and beyond the call of duty to come back and personally address the landlords concerns, spackling and caulking some cracks free of charge. Now it feels like having a brand new house. If you want professional painters who will get the job done right fast, you won't regret calling On Time Painting. read more

Eliseo was a wonderful person to work with. It was my first time to ever hire someone to do any sort of contract work and he was helpful, informative, and supportive all the way through. I really appreciated that he came by to paint some sample areas on my walls of a few different colors, so that I could make an informed decision! His pricing was fair - I had called many different painters beforehand - and it was his willingness to go the extra mile that separated him from the rest. Very friendly, very trustworthy. Great work and no surprises. The final paint job is excellent - despite lots of tricky San Francisco molding - and I would definitely call him again with future work! read more

Elisio is an A+ person. He is responsive, gracious and did a first-rate job! I knew he would be great based on the reviews and he truly is terrific. I called him two days ago because I wanted to surprise my hubby by painting the bathroom while he was out of town. Elisio made it happen. I love it. . Hubby loves it. Even the dog and cat love it. I would highly recommend Elisio and will happily hire him again. He is fair and talented. Thank you!! read more

Since the first time I called Eliseo for an estimate on exterior painting until the job was done I was blow away with his professionalism and work. He came out and gave me an estimate and also talked to me about repairs that my exterior would need and told me that he could fix them for me. I hired him not only because he was straight forward with the work and repairs, but also because he was friendly, professional, on time and reasonably priced. He finished the exterior when he said he would. The end result to the exterior of my house was amazing! We even had my neighbors come out to tell us how great our house looked and wondered if we were selling since it looked brand new lol I will definitely use Eliseo again for painting and have already recommended him to my friends, family and neighbors! read more

Eliseo painted my rental unit and it went about as smooth as it possibly can. He was prompt at responding to my messages and we were able to pick a date for the job within a week. My rental unit is very small (680sf) but I wanted 5 different paint colors. Eliseo did an excellent job and the place looked great after it was finished. He left my rental spotless after the job. I definitely recommend On Time Painting and would absolutely use them again. Thanks Eliseo! read more

On Time Painting just did a wonderful paint job in our bedroom. Eliseo came to my house to give me estimate the same day I called him. Eliseo is a man of his word. I called in need of an estimate pronto! Eliseo came right away and was very professional. I would have LOVED to have hired him. The ONLY reason I couldn't is because the buiding I do business in will only use their people. Eliseo is GREAT. I highly recommend. read more
