They had remarked how much they loved the item at drop off. I believe they kept the item . Just suspect that I never saw my items either times on the sales floor. Of course I paid the $10 fee , their gain, my loss, and picked up my items. BTW some still had the original tags on them, I had never worn the items. Purchased from high end stores. Disappointed.
