Jeff said on his first visit he did not know whether to stay or leave because of my dog's, but he stayed!!! Thank you! Tim Moore asked me if I was Paula, I told him that Paula was my baby sister and they would be at Saints Skating ring. Before they left I asked the man in the beige pants his name and he told me Jeff Redington, I said you're the owner! I asked if I can pay them for the repair and he refused!!!!! They both said that my smile is enough! After they left I went in my basement and only Andy was their. I loudly said they all left without getting paid. Andy said their are still a few good people here! Thank you Jehovah! I asked Andy could I pay him, he refused also. I cried and prayed and I Andy Jehovah used him to help bless me with J.E. The fireplace installer just had to hook up to the gas line placed by Arch. I highly recommend Arch plumbing for their cooperation, price, patience and work quality. We wanted to love them, based on their reviews…read more I've been using the same plumber for years, but they were recently bought out, so we tried this spot as I try to support local. The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
