We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

I asked for cheddar instead of the pimento cheese. It was one of the best burgers I've had. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was cooked medium. Maybe I could have asked. Idk.
