A few weeks ago I've had one of the worst burgers ever from a different food truck and was hesitant about ordering a burger from here but I'm so happy I did! It's a waygu burger. I asked for cheddar instead of the pimento cheese. It was one of the best burgers I've had. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was cooked medium. Maybe I could have asked. Idk. It was well but was still awesome. I consciously stopped eating my tots so I could have room to finish my burger. I can't say enough good things. I thought $17+ (includes tip) was too much for a burger and tots but it was worth it. I could eat this burger every day and I'm supposed to be a vegetarian

And my side was the potato salad. Also ordered the Wagyu Burger ; 8 ounce burger , lettuce (hold the tomato and cheese) aioli and toasted bun , for the side french fries. We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

I ordered the pancake dippers which were fresh apples dipped in pancake batter, coated with cinnamon and sugar, than fried. Legit heaven in my mouth. The Innovator is a huge 10 inch thick roll sandwich, loaded with thinly sliced 100% grass fed ribeye beef, sauteed onions, American and Provolone cheese, and topped with Flamin' Hot Cheetos and a Sriracha sauce. It was spicy and very filling. I would have preferred a little bit more cheese, otherwise it was a good cheesesteak. My meal companions enjoyed the Overtime and the C.E.O. cheesesteaks. Also tried some fries, which were crispy crinkle-cut fries seasoned with parmesan cheese and herbs. They were good, but not as good as how Cheesesmith does it. Staff were friendly.
