This is literally the best-curated kid's store I've ever been to. A ton of books, including a lot I hadn't seen in stores before before but that were classics or classic-adjacent. Cute clothes, cute toys, just everything you could ask for. And the layout of the shop is so good too!! Lots of great little clusters of related items. One nice bonus is like, yeah, it's not cheap kid's stuff, but you also have a million books at list price to choose from. So if you're burnt out on KPT prices, you can get great souvenirs at the same price you'd pay at home. Honestly 10/10, no notes, I would definitely come back if I was ever in the state (even if I were just going to Portland).

I was visiting my parents who live in New Hampshire and getting some food in Maine so of course we had to make some pit stops. This antique center is pretty massive and features three big rooms full of stuff. Sadly, we were in a bit of a hurry but I was still able to speed run through all of the aisles and see everything. Vintage clothing, glass ware, books, war memorabilia, vintage toys, sports cards, and literally everything else. I was a huge fan of the glass cases and was stoked to check everything out. I almost left with an in box Pee Wee Herman doll but since I live in LA, I didn't feel like dealing with the shipping on it. Overall, Antiques USA is a fantastic antique shop and 100% somewhere you need to check out in the area. I had a blast checking out all the rooms and the next time I find myself in Maine, I'm for sure doing an antique tour and hitting this place up again.

This place is pretty massive with two full floors completely covered with every type of antique you could possibly think of. Toys, sports cards, art, statutes, taxidermy, and legit everything else. As soon as I walked in I found a seller with signed sports cards so you know I had to walk away with Warren Moon, Shaquille O'Neal, and Charles Barkley. I probably spend a good 45 minutes wandering around and looking for stuff, sadly I live in LA so I have to be extra picky with what I pick up while traveling, but I certainly left very happy with the things I picked up. Overall, Arundel Antiques is a special kind of place. The employees who were working were all super friendly and easy to joke around with. The selection here was really diverse, the place looked cool, and whenever I can find four things, well, I'm gonna be a returning customer when I return in the next few years.

Most of the vendors are glassware, dishes, vases, houseware type things. My favorite! Each table is well curated and prices are typically reasonable. I've bought a hobnail butter dish in the past. On my last visit, I found some beautiful dessert dishes and was able to negotiate a better price.

We talked about jewelry, the designers & other entertaining subjects. Pasty is wicked nice. She's professional, engaging & enjoyed talking many subjects. She showed the differencs between wholesale & local artists. I bought a cool silver ring which fits perfectly w/ my gold ring as if they were made for each other! I highly recommend Sea Glass Jewelry. Patsy is invested & knowledgeable. Instead of waiting at Alisson's for take out I shopped around Sea Glass. The artists work at Sea glass are unique! I have bags of sea glass likely as old as when I was growing up on Cliff Island. I have many colors lavender,champagne pink, blues, greens, browns especially if they have a cool shape. The best areas are located on the little rocky beach fronts near Griffins Cove & like areas. I'll have to contact Pasty & ask her what's up? I have many unique pieces. Frosted crazy shapes. One color that evades a glass picker are the reds. I'll have to recheck my bag to recheck. I also pick up the incredible cool rocks. I found a beautiful one when I was a wee one. My friend told me it was soap stone. It was the greatest find. I think she planted it knowing I wanted one. It was had a variable greens diamond pattern. the design was similar to a particular snake. i'll have to research which one. I don't know where it is..I still have many things I've collected many moons ago. I may have it in my stash. It would be a great piece to come across. Thanks Patsy for making my stay nicer. Which after visiting here, she has certainly found a new favorite store! They have many crystals including a whole bunch in awesome unique shapes. Besides crystals they have a ton of other amazing items, which the worker told us he and many others there make a bunch of items, like he said he made a bunch of the bracelets. You could spend a long time browsing here and find either things for yourself or others as gifts. We found some perfect gifts during our browsing. My wife also picked out a horror-themed item for herself as well. Prices seemed very reasonable for artisan and quality-made goods! After spending $30 my wife also got to spin their wheel and got $5 off the purchase which was a great deal as well. Such a friendly worker who we had a great chat with and he told us some great information about the shop. Great local spot worth stopping in and checking out!
