Texas has been super hot and the açaí bowl here was the perfect thing to cool down. A little bit of a wait but it's made fresh so as expected. My bowl was packed to the top with the perfect amount of fruits, toppings and açaí blend. The fruits were fresh and delicious. Also the homemade chocolate peanut butter was amazing. My 2 toddlers and I killed a regular size bowl. Pricing was fair for what you get and the quality. I've paid more for bowls that couldn't even compare to this place. Seriously so good. It's been a week since I've been and I haven't been able to stop thinking about this place. Can't wait to try other menu items.

I googled the item I was looking for and it took me to the website to be able to look for stores that sell it. This store popped up and I called to inquire. The young lady who helped me on the phone was soooooo patient with my 101 questions. I was in awe at all of the product she named off for them carrying for the condition I have and I decided to go in to the store myself and see. I'm so happy I found this place. I was thinking I'd have to drive to San Antonio or order from Amazon to get what I was looking for but I didn't need to. I must say, their prices are a little higher than I was expecting BUT for the convenience and happiness this store brought me today for not having to wait for the product or drive 15+ miles to get the product makes it worth it. One thing I don't like is that in order to get the $10 off deal with the Fivestar app, you have to spend $500 and it has to be in increments of $25 (won't work if you spend $24 today and come back and spend $1 the next day, it has to be at the time of sale that it amounts to $25). Each time you spend $25 you only earn 1 point... I spent a little over $25 so it would be nice to have the remaining roll over towards a future purchase but that's not how they do it. Anyhow, I will try out the products I purchased and if it works, I'll definitely be back!!

I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God bless.

The perfect snack. Sweet and just the right amount of frosting. I went back to order a turkey and havarti wrap with a side of pasta salad. It was plenty big and very fresh. A perfect healthy dinner for my flight home. I also got a thumbprint cookie which tasted like vegan short bread. Minesh, the new owner, came out to talk with me and he was so honest and welcoming about his efforts to make this cafe a success. I gathered it was his kids who were working. Truly a lovely place. Again, maybe I can speak from experience, as I was drinking boba tea in the early 2000's when I studied in Thailand, when those types of drinks were considered to be "too weird" 20+ years ago. Best example of Boba is Y Bubble. Crazy-authentic. And no, I'm not getting paid by them... they just so happen to have the best Boba in SA. But, you have to drive to Love Oak to get it. This place had a nice atmosphere though. Very chill. The shop keeper has the old-school direct communication and attitude, which is just fine. Maybe steer clear of the tapioca here, if that's your thing. Can't go wrong with the smoothies.
