Serenity Transportation is by far the best transportation company I have ever used from the owner…read moreto the driver the care and assistance you receive is truly second to none! Thank you Serenity Transportation and God bless. PS driver Kelsey is a literal Angel

The first time I used Serenity was when I had eye surgery last year. They did a great job getting…read moreme to the surgery and the follow-up care. Always on time. Never rude or impatient. But now, when I need their help for another surgical procedure, they refuse to answer their phone. They refuse to return calls. They don't answer my text or email. They have ghosted me. I have no idea why. No explanation. Nothing. I thought maybe they went out of business but they are still all over the web and have reviews from people this month. It makes me angry. Very angry. Update (about an hour after posting the above): Travis called to apologize and explain that he has been busy attending to the birth of his pre-mature daughter and a staffing issue. I understand that he is busy with some very important issues. But, that doesn't mean he can ignore his ringing phone, ignore voice mail messages, or ignore a text message and expect clients to be happy about it. Here's what I did in similar situations during a very long professional career: 1. Be prepared to answer the phone whenever it rings. Calls are automatically forward to your cell phone so this is not impossible. Just step aside and answer the call. Everybody will understand. 2. If you miss a call, make sure your VM greeting explains when you will be able to call back. Then be sure to schedule a time when calls can be returned. You might need to schedule more than one time per day. 3. Reply to text messages as soon as they are noticed. "Just got your text, calling back now." or "Will call back in xx minutes." 4. Always answer calls, texts, or emails the same day that you received them. Never let them go unanswered. Never leave your clients wondering if you are still in business. This is the sort of commitment that a professional career demands. I already gave Travis three opportunities to do the right thing (two calls, and a text). He only found the time to reply after I posted this negative review and sent him a strongly worded email. And, another service has been booked. So, I am not inclined to remove or change my rating. I did say that I will consider using his service next time. This time will be a lesson learned the hard way.

Contrary to larger umbrella company advertisements they do NOT have non-emergent BLS ambulances…read morewith trained staff for stretcher/bed bound patients, nor handicap/disabled accessible vans or mini-buses with wheelchair lifts, etc. To call this medical transport in our area is a joke. They are nothing more than a taxi service that takes insurance and no tips so cheaper than regular public taxi service. The branch here is just regular must climb up to get inside vans or taxi cabs! The drivers will put your wheelchair or walkers in the back of a van or into a car trunk like luggage ... once you've gotten your own self into the vehicle ... and will get them out and put them next to the vehicle upon reaching destination leaving you to get out on your own. They won't even get out to do that if it is snowing and icy or otherwise bad weather so YOU will have to get somebody else to retrieve your wheelchair or you will just have to manage it yourself -- even if in ice and snow! Good luck if you are weak, unsteady, handicap, disabled, mobility impaired, recently discharged from hospital, in pain, just had surgery, etc. and are using them for returning home or going to a follow appointment soon after discharge, because then the driver won't even get out at all! At best they'll call upon arrival to hospital to announce that parked outside and leave it to the staff there (or to you) while they remain behind the wheel. If appointment is not located at a hospital then you had better call and check with doctor office, the lab for testing/imaging, etc. ahead of time just to make sure they will actually have and will be able to send out some of their staff to take care of you and to see you safely in and out of the vehicle and into the building and back again! And you will need a caregiver/helper any place else. They won't even help you to the front door of your own home.
