Lk at the water level first off, there's ACTUAL GENUINE H2O in the tub to get my clothes clean and rinsed. . . and that's not even the deep fill option yet! A big thank you to Roger from Independent Appliance, who got me the info I needed and set it up so his colleague Greg came and installed this little gem. Both were GREAT to talk to! We truly appreciate down to earth, knowledgeable pros sharing good advice, with a great sense of humor. We'll be pleased to have these professionals service our non-Speed-Queen appliances as they break down. Highly recommend the machine itself and the folks who provided it! Thank you!!

Until I found Patrick at Salty Sounds, from other shops I was told absolutely astronomical prices and was about ready to forget about it. Patrick gave me an excellent price and got to work. He put a Kenwood touchscreen radio, added an amplifier, changed out all the speakers and put a subwoofer in the trunk. The sound clarity together with the bass has blown me away. It is way above my expectations. An absolute dream come through. This man is honest, does quality work, very knowledgeable, fast, precise and reasonable. Next, I am going to get my windows tinted by Patrick and there will be more projects in the future. Thank you so much!!

I called the technician, Noel immediately when I got home and he came back the next day to try and assess the damage. From that day on this company has lied, avoided, made excuses for 4 MONTHS. I paid over $700 for services and they caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home. Melissa who answers the phone and has lied to me time and time again now will not pick up or answer/return my calls. This company is not trustworthy. They have no office- their address is a home address in Panama City Beach. They know what they did, they know that they are in the wrong. This company is not safe to work with and they have very low integrity.

Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last.
