We were recommended to his shop by a friend, We took our vehicle to his shop for a heater core…read morereplacement. We were quoted a fair price and was told that it would take a day to finish. We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

They told me I had a gas leak by my rear tire and then showed me a video that looked nothing like my undercarriage. I know because I had mud all over my truck that day and the video they showed had a clean undercarriage of a compact car. He also said they couldn't fix it there, but his buddy had a garage down the street. That's a bit shady. Fast forward to last night. Since I wasn't impressed with their service I had my husband change my oil. The oil filter was cranked on so tight that it ended up breaking to come off and then drained more than half the new oil we put in it. It has cost us 3x the amount it would have cost us to change the oil. Needless to say, we are not returning.

I also purchased a ratchet socket 1/4" set for $19.99. Just for your information, you drain the anti-freeze, remove the hose and remove two TEN-millimeter bolts. Now they said i need to replace the radiator, put new wiring and sparkplugs in. They would not just put the thermostat in for they would not work on the vehicle without doing it all. They wanted $3004.00. Yes that's right Three Thousand and four dollars. I refused, so they charged me $180.00 to diagnose even though I told them what i wanted. Lastly, I picked my Suburban up drove it 35 miles to our rental house and not one issue. Plus, I have gauges so to identify any trouble prior to a problem.
