Redid it myself next day. 2 weeks later headlight out. Put new bulb in nope. Played around where Ruthless put wiring together same thing half ass done. Had rewire myself. Last time I ever went there and told ppl where NOT to go. Weasled the Americans ripping them off overseas. Ask to look at the new Ape hangers to be put on my bike. Charged 400 Euro. When does a shop tell the customer they can't see what they are buying.....why, because they were not new. They were used!! And mechanic doing the job did rush rush half ass job. Yea, Ruthless Cycles that was owned in Sindelfingen Germany by the same person in FL with Ruthless now. Hope they changed their ways of screwing ppl over on bikes parts etc.....Check your parts when replaced. Make sure they are new.

I always noticed a what I thought was tire noise sound when running on the dirt roads over 30 mph. Didn't realize this was not normal the time. After hunting season I took her in to be checked out. Dusty in service had his tech check it out. Dusty called the next day to informed me of the problem. At this point the machine was out of factory warranty. The dealership went to bat for me and had the factory replace the rear differential at no charge to me. A special shout out to all Dusty and all the staff at Panama City Cycles. Rented two bikes; hubby got a mountain bike with huge tires that got extra attention from people walking around, he really liked it himself. This place is down the street from Conservation Park which has great trails. He has an office in the front then his bikes are in the back in a storage unit. He has a lot of options and allowed us to try them or before renting them, then checked the bikes and added air into the tires. He also picked up the bikes without extra charge. Would def return to Barley's!!

It's my fault for not making sure I had all of my parts. That and some disparaging comments about my brand of motorcycle and an inaccurate statement that nobody there rides that brand. He said the parts were placed in a plastic bag for me, but I failed to get it. Firstly, one of the parts should have been reinstalled. Why wasn't it? And what happened to the bag of parts? Did they discard a customer's parts without trying to let them know they'd left them? That seems to be the owner's best explanation. My recommendation? Take your business elsewhere.
