I found this business by Google mapping the area around my work, with very little $ to spare on repairing a crashed/non-functioning laptop. I, like most of us out there as I imagine, have NO computer technology/trouble-shooting/repair skills, WHATSOEVER. Rodney had my laptop running like new, with the latest spyware installed, and complete diagnostics/suggestions for future usage and tips ready in 48hrs. I know most places would charge $80-$100 just for a diagnostic, some that much by the hour...slash that in half, (I really don't feel comfortable mentioning the price), as I feel I underpaid...but, to be honest (and a little crass), Rodney, (and his lovely wife/co-operator Jan) and their Computer Health Clinic is totally freaking amazing!!!!! Since then he's repaired for me my tower's hard drive, recovered lost pictures on a disc from another PC tower, and helped me out with a mouse for my desktop I was putting together. Said needed to leave for 2 days to open it up, told him I just want an idea to see if was worth replacing and asked since he has done "Thousands" of these repairs, what the highest cost was? This Business Genius tells me "A Million Dollars". I told him that is F'ing crazy. So this place either does not know what they are doing or they are crooks, either way you don't want your business there. Ended up going to 2 other repair shops and both were able to give a high end estimate. Robert, your response is as ridiculous as your "Million Dollars" quote. I did not get frustrated until you gave an obviously ridiculous answer. Yeah, I shouldn't have said your answer was F'ing crazy, but no other words could describe it. Don;t worry, I found Peace when I went to a professional repair shop that had no issue answering my questions.
