Started fine, agreed to length off (one inch), by the time she got to the other side, 4 gone. she said the long side was longer cuz I part it on the other side. WTH?!? so she tried to even it up but now the long side is the shorter side. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. Complete incompetence. I don't believe her certificate is real. She should have said no charge but I paid. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. Thinking back, I should have just walked out the door. I'm still fuming mad. It will take almost a year to get my hair length back. also, 2 people were scheduled for the same time so I had to wait.

I rescheduled with Adrianne & have been a loyal customer ever since! The eyebrow results were also far better, with a more natural look. Adrianne eventually moved out on her own and has never looked back. All but one of her regular clientele followed her to the new location, located on the opposite side of town.....which speaks volumes about her practice!! She does AMAZING Work!!! I'm a regular customer for Bikini & Eyebrow Waxing. However, I've also had Facials, Chemical Peels & Microdermabrasion treatments and she is WONDERFUL! She is very thoughtful & caring and her waxing is pain free. Typically, I book 4-6 weeks in advance to make sure that I have the appointments that I need, as she is in HIGH Demand! I recommend her business any opportunity I have and purchase Gift Certificates for friends and family. They make great gifts for Birthdays & Bridal Showers!
