Meeting Darcel was one of the positive experiences I had regarding customer service in a very long time. She handled all the paper work. The process was simple and quick. Cathy, the assistant was no different; just two great ladies. The cámaras on the property, the cleanliness, and the personnel are second to none. A common practice is to raise your fees slightly every couple of months since they know very well it will be difficult for you to move...especially if you have a lot of furniture or boxes. It's a very slimy practice but there you go. (Of course, I realize things change and sometimes a slight raise is necessary, but...well, if you know, you know.) I have been with Remington for 5 months and found them to be very upright and honest and a great value...they tell you a fee and they stick with it. The place is always well cared for, clean and secure; I always feel comfortable whenever I go to the site. If you have a question, they always get right back to you with an answer. No extra charge for working the weekend. When the move happened that packed for a day and then began our move on Saturday July 2 and worked until 9pm trying to get it done (they were down on man because of the holiday) but couldn't finish. I was prepared to wait until July 5 to finish but Ryan insisted he would be here Sunday morning to finish. He wrapped up at 3 pm after 3 long days of work. They actually beat the estimate when we got the final bill because they were down in staffing.

A Tarpon stole my GoPro! Luke and Nicole saved the day! I foolishly tried to get some close up,…read moreunderwater, tarpon footage off the dock. The gigantic fish jumped up and bit my hand and took my GoPro Camera out of it! I thought it was lost forever. Luke and Nicole heard the commotion and came out of the bait shop to see what was going on. They heard what happened and used their genius brains to get my GoPro back! They brought out a magnet on a rope to find the camera on the bottom of the river. The tide was really high, Luke zip tied a mop handle onto a net handle to make it long enough to scoop my camera up! I couldn't believe the fish swiped it and then couldn't believe the got it back! Pete's Pier has the best staff always willing to help, they totally go above and beyond!
