We were told numerous times that as long as we made 3x the rent and had great rental history, the credit wouldnt matter. That was a lie. We received an IMMEDIATE disqualification after sending them $200 for 2 people. We asked why the automatic denial and they just said that we had credit issues. They acted like we blindsided them. We even asked about getting a co-signer to help alleviate the risk. They said "it's a hard no". Wtf is that? We're not delusional...we know the credit problems make us a risk. But to just steal money like that is really terrible business. What do these landlords think we're doing? CHOOSING to rent? If our credit was good...we would just buy the house. We're renting because we're working on our credit. You guys have lost your minds.

Thank you Mary!

Loren is very knowledgeable about the Houston real estate market and was always quick to respond (even outside of business hours) and jump onto new listings that fit what we wanted. Bobby has a lot of experience building and renovating houses and taught us a lot about small but important details to look for in houses. Though they were both always professional, they were also very approachable and treated us more like friends than clients. We never felt silly for asking simple questions, and they were very patient while walking us through our first home purchase. We're so grateful to Eastwood for helping us achieve this milestone in our lives and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to find their dream home in Houston!

Through the years we have had the ~ 1000+ square feet refreshed maybe twice. Everyone who has ever visited our home raves over the wow factor the evergreen carpet grass adds to our patio, pool, and gardens. Recently, ATT subcontractors caused the carpet and its crushed granite base to need refurbishing and essentially what amounted to a re-install. I called SYNLawn and spoke with Angela Herald their Project Administrator who could not have been more helpful, professional, and patient with me. She arranged for Ryan, the Project Team Supervisor, to come and appraise the work in order to assess the workload. Ryan and I walked over every inch of what needed to be done. It looked like it might be 3 to 4 weeks before they could fit my size project into their schedule however, true to her word, Angela called me with an opportunity to have a 4-man crew come to do the job the next morning. I agreed and Ryan came with his crew, lined them out, and the four-man team set about their task. 5 hours later, one would be hard-pressed to think that this was not a brand-new carpet! Every aspect and detail has been professionally dealt with by these craftsmen. Thank you! We are very pleased with SYNLawn of Houston and its drive to ensure client satisfaction. Well done. (I will attach a picture of a small portion of the finished job. The carpet grass runs on for about 75' x 10' past more pool patio and the garage.)
