I joined a line of other gross looking cars waiting to get washed, on the "non-member" line (which was moving just a smidge faster if I'm honest). There were around 10-12 cars in front of me, but the line was moving and there were a ton of staff members working so I figured, how long could this take? Cut to 50 minutes later, and my car finally arrived at the beginning of this line to be serviced. Why did I continue waiting in line? Dear reader, I was boxed in. There was no turning around. No asking the 10 cars that had joined the line behind me to kindly back up. No, we were all in this together now, for better or worse. All of this waiting would've been fine if this car wash had been 1. Reasonably priced or 2. Thorough. An hour and a half later, I'd paid $40 for the inside and outside of my car to be cleaned, and left with streaks all over. Three stars because the workers here are working their absolute butts off... but when the line is this insane the pressure to just get cars off the lot is too high.

They completely removed the human element from the car wash too - it's now a drive through which I was utterly unprepared for, no one is available inside for any snack purchases (the two vending machines were out of service), and my car has now been sitting unattended waiting to be cleaned for over 15 minutes while I wait with no one giving me any idea of when it'll be started, let alone finished. They are not cleaning their cars, just taking up spaces and making real patrons feel unsafe. My recommendation to the business (as tax payers) is to either get on the phone with the police and demand some more patrol, hire security or shut down in the evening. The recommendation is your duty and responsibility to the community. I travel here to clean my vehicles because the self cleaning bays are good and this place is opened the only time I can get over (at night). There is something you can do to correct this.

Took my pickup through the wash and the entire back end came out barely wet, what am I even paying for?! And then there's the vacuum situation. Anyone can just drive up and use them without paying a dime. Meanwhile you're standing there waiting for a vacuum you actually paid for while someone who paid for nothing just helps themselves. The staff doesn't do anything about it and yeah, it's not really their job, but then whose is it? Put the payment kiosk in front of the vacuums NOT after, get a camera, get something.

I visited Splash Auto for a last minute service because I was headed out with some friends and I didn't want my car looking dusty. I paid $40 after tax for their "Basic" service. Which included hand dry, vacuum the interior, clean windows, dash got the instrument panel dusted. All well needed and impressed. The wait wasn't too long either especially when the customer service team was extremely friendly. Definitely worth the $40. Their prices range from $40 all the way to $70 after taxes but you won't be disappointed with how amazing they'll leave your car. These individuals work hard to ensure that your ride is looking spiffy.

Excellent skill, knowlegable, friendly, accommodating, trustworthy, punctual...and what a great service too! I would shuffle three cars to the car wash, rotating just to try and keep up, but with the home details I no longer have that chore.
