Disappointing experience today at Hampton Auto Wash. I've used them for years, but the quality has taken a nosedive. The service was rushed, and it showed. I got home to find the cup holders and other areas hadn't been vacuumed, and the interior including seats were not wiped down at all. I basically paid to do the job myself, as I spent time vacuuming the car and wiping down the interior. I will have to wash my WeatherTech mats myself. It's a shame to see a local go-to lose its touch. I will research other places. read more

So slow. They need more than two guys checking in the cars and doing the vacuuming. Instead of pumping through the exterior only, they rotate. So cars sit until they are done vacuuming the full serves. This should be managed better. The one of two guys was taking a pizza break! read more

I took my vehicle & splurged for the top car wash service plus extras at Hampton Auto Wash figuring paying for top service is what I'd get...far from it, definitely did not receive their top service & a total waste of money! Received the worst cleaning job ever, areas of both outside & inside still dirty after car wash & worker supposedly wiping it down. My windows looked like they were washed with a dirty cloth & were smeared & dirtier than before bringing in there. Their cleaning service doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have used them before but will not go back after this, very poor quality of workmanship. read more

I've been to the Oceanside Auto Wash and that was good. This new setup is good and I love the Full Service aspect. But I think they should install a Pay station or 2 and allow people to stay in the car while going through the tunnel. This wash is so big. I love Empire Wash Group. Please come and check out this place and see what else could happen. Sales traffic should be increasing when people come to town. This should be a place that everyone stops at when they enter town. read more

Each time that I had come to Hampton auto wash, they have always been extremely thorough in washing and skinning my car. I have been here are several occasions, even bought there card for discounts, and it has always been a great experience. Today Francesca worked on my car, she was outstanding!!! read more

If you want your windows dirtier when you come out then when you went in this is the place for you. From my front window and rear view mirror to my back window, every service looked like a dirty old rag was used to wipe it down. They should have left it the way it was when I came in with my 2022 vehicle, it would have been cleaner then when I left. I've used this place in years past when service was better, they have really gone down hill. Don't let them touch your windows if you want to see out of them clearly. read more

This car wash is the most arrogant I've been in, managers and the people who are giving the tickets of the package you want are rude as heck and sure think they have the right to pick what they want for you. My latest and last experience (I'm not going back ever) with this car wash was when I brought my truck for a shampoo seats and armoral interior panels only. I called 10mins before heading there and asked if they could do that and the person who picked the phone said yes as long as I was there 1hr before closing, I said okay and was there 3hrs before closing. I said to the black guy I don't want my truck exterior washed (even tho it was dirty and muddy). He said they wouldn't do that, I needed to have an exterior washed. I said I didn't want an exterior washed. The reason i don't let them wash the exterior is because I have been at the car wash before with other cars and I know they're not careful with the paint and they scratch it and are not mindful of it. I just wanted the interior thinking it was gonna be cheaper as well. The black guy at the beginning of ordering the package wouldn't let me do only the interior package and said the guys doing interior detail were full. I said to him that I called 5mins and told him what the "manager" said and he said okay. 1. The guys doing the detail weren't busy, they were walking around talking to each other. 2. My truck got inside the detailing area the minute I got off the truck, 1 guy was working on my truck the whole 2hrs. Other two guys I guess were on their break since that's what it seemed like. I went inside to pay and nobody there until the "manager" or person in charge came in (it was a Sunday at around 1pm). I asked him that if I wanted to do only the interior I could, right?!. He said yes, but I would get charge for an exterior wash anyways. I didn't said anything because i don't like starting or doing a show on places and arguing with stubborn people (that's what his attitude made him look like) not well mannered or friendly. The guys cleaning the cars just walking around like if they're on their breaks (mostly the white American guys). The Spanish guys were fully working mode and getting the job done. I wouldn't recommend a friend of mine going to the "Hampton Auto Wash". 1. Terrible costumer service 2. Not mindful of cars 3. Not fully committed to their jobs 4. Expensive (for such a bad service) 5. Charge for every little thing such as doing vacuuming two small carpets in the back which sometimes it's understandable, no everything in life is free 6. Take a long time doing 1 car wether they are busy or not My favorite car wash is the one in Southampton across from the hampton jitney and next to Blackman plumbing. They are friendly, cheap and fast. They would try to get good deals for your best convenience and after 10 washed a year you get an 11th wash for free. I got the extra 5miles just for have them wash my cars and truck. I hope I didn't offend anyone and if you got offended by anything I apologize but IFREEDOM OF SPEECH. read more

Paid $80 to have the car washed and detailed, and they didn't vacuum out the trunk. In fairness, they did a nice job on the car interior, but it seems a little ridiculous that they didn't even bother with the trunk for that price. read more

Horrible, slow service, took 45 minutes just for dry off, mats, glass and tire cleaning and vacuum. They also left scuffs and scratches to interior by drivers door and around glove box and a big gash on the exterior, just under the window of the rear hatch to my brand new Subaru. read more

I really like this place. I get my car washed here once a month!!!!.....not that I'm lazy or anything LOL. One thing about this place.... if it's your first time and you're looking for this place, you'll probably won't find it since it's in the back of some other building. Don't get me wrong, there is a sign in the front, but you'll pass it if you're driving 50 mph if there's a jerk in the back of you that's tailing you. I think the crew does a pretty good job. I get my car detailed...nothing too crazy though. I usually get the cheap package. I think it cost $17. There are two lanes in which you pull into. One lane in which you want your car to get detailed, and the other just for exterior cleaning. Once you pull up, you tell the man what you want, he gives you a ticket, and you're good to go. This place is pretty damn big. I love the aquatic murals in the front of the building. It gives the place a very welcoming appeal. They have an inside and outside lounge area. Very cute and comfortable. They have leather couches, s coffee table with magazines, a small area for your kids to could play in, another area in which they sell snacks, etc. I was really impressed. Not only that..... they have a HUGE selection of car fresheners!!! I was amazed....They had other accessories as well, but way over priced. In fact- all their car accessories were overpriced. The only thing I don't like about this place is that they're not very consistant when it comes to cleaning my car. I don't mind if they missed a spot here and there, but they sometimes forget to do my tires :-( I don't know why it bothers me because my tires get dirty 5 minutes after they clean it anyways, but it really really does bother me. Have Been bringing all my cars here for over 15 years. While its not cheap like some other places, the simple fact is that a full service wash here ($20 +/-) is like getting a full detail on your car- inside and out. They have a hard working crew- that works fast and thoroughly- and they don't miss a spot. Most recently- I took my S550 Benz in for a wash and the attendant noticed that my entire car was completely covered in millions of tiny speckles of white paint (Apparently someone painted a house or something where I was parked and the wind drifted paint all over my car- it was awful). So I gave it to them to detail it in and out- Mind you this car is a 2012 with 95K miles. For $300 bucks they gave me a brand new car- amazing stuff- I wish I had "before" photos! I washed my car there last Sunday. And I've been to many car wash. Between here and New Jersey. And by far this place rocks the man who gives you your ticket greets you with the smile . Then you go inside and the GM there is so nice and knowledgeable. Because it was my first time there I had a million ?s And he answer all of them . I even got a plumber Recommendation. My car was immaculate then young woman that did the car was so nice . I had to chase her down to give her more of a tip. I stopped at Hampton auto wash today because i was working in the area. They did an AWSOME job on my truck!. They go the extra mile and didn't miss a spot inside and out. I dont live close but i would drive there again just to have them clean my truck again. Well worth the trip and the wait. They take the time to do it right. Its hard to find a plaxe that cares about there work but they do. I am very particular and i had nothing to complain about at all. More importantly, their prices are more than reasonable. You should use the car wash all the time, will never use after Wednesday. I bought the deluxe carwash package with interior and exterior dressings tire shine about $60. Car comes up to the side with a piece of the molding ripped off the driver side back door. This place has terrible customer services, The manager is to much of a coward to come out of his cheesy office to settle a dispute I had with pricing. Spanish guys always pay attention to detail there is a vouple of white guys who clean one side of car take a break clean a window go walking around...basically they just dont do a fast competent job. very slow very mediocre. I was always impressed by this place until now. Today as I watched two guys vacuum my car they made comments to each other, laughed, and mockingly waved to me as if I shouldn't be watching them. I came to this facility again September 19. This car wash has a nice waiting room and the kids make an extra effort to make sure the job is done right, especially inside (cup holders, etc). I drive an extra 5 miles to come here from Southampton just because the job is done right at a reasonable price. read more

I have been coming here for years! I seriously love this place. For all the years I have been coming I don't think I have ever had any complaints. The managers are truly great, always helpful and caring of others. The cashier at the front is incredible! Super friendly and always smiling/laughing, such a great environment to be around! I have been coming to this carwash for a long time. Its always been better then the other car washes Southampton , west Hampton and the other one in between by the dry cleaners . I've had encounters with all the mangers and been quite friendly with them. But in the last couple of months , the owner Rich has hired a new manager, His name is Bruno and he is very pleasant, he truly cares about how the cars come out. Every time I'm there he's always working hard, checking cars, washing cars ,talking with customer, always doing something, in the many years I've been going there I've never seen a manger washing the cars in the back, ands,if you have a ? he makes time for you .Not like the other manger who's always running around like a chicken with his head cut off, or behind the counter giving the girls a hard time... socially awkward... and when you ask him a ? he give u some long explanation that bores u to death .
