She gave me paperwork to complete and when I missed a few boxes (it's alot of stuff) she helped me update it right away. Once they call you to the back, they walked me through the procedures and placed me in a room to await the doc. It took about 10-15 mins for Dr. Love (that's seriously his name) to arrive and he really didn't chit-chat, he's all business. He asked me to perform a few movements and went over the info I placed on the forms. The exam went by pretty fast. I was then placed back into the waiting area and told they would call me when everything was complete. I waited about another 5 mins before, rockstar, Aniya, called me up to get my paperwork. Rating: 1) Staff: Customer service reps and nurses in the back were warm and helpful. 2) Time Management: I arrived at 11:38am and was done by 1:00pm. 3) Dr. Love: I felt he was kind of cold, he didn't communicate much but I guess the guy possibly sees 30+ people a day, so I will give him a pass. 4) Overal experience: I hope this review is helpful for anyone who may need a drug test or medical card. My kid needed some treatment from an eye accident. We were checked in, triaged by an RN and in the room waiting for the Doctor within about 10 mins of arrival.
