Honest, empathetic and knowledgeable! Years of experience are definitely evident. Having to hire a…read moreprivate investigator is emotional and stressful. I was treated with such respect. Everything was outlined clearly from the minute they started asking me questions. I have to wonder if the negative reviews are because they didn't read the contract they signed. It is all in black and white and I had to sign and initial. When I questioned charges they explained them in detail and again it was in the contract I signed. Even though I didn't get all the results I hoped for ( no fault of theirs!) I still highly recommend them. You can't know the exact time and place that bum is gonna cheat!

I faced an exhausting rare criminal defense case that involved a local town employee that stalked…read moreme for 6 years with no repercussions or aid to me from local enforcement due to his connections to local elected government officials and friendships with law enforcement that also gangstalked and bullied me during the process. I was essentially on my own for years and went through several lawyers and a prior Private Investigator to no avail. UNTIL I met my final Lawyer, her superstar team of angelic warriors which Includes Eddie Frankum from Halo Private Investigators. My stalker had few friends of his that were false witnesses that committed damaging perjury & defamation of my character under oath during trial. Eddie was a God sent addition brought on by my life saving Lawyer, Kerri Anderson Donica. One of the Best Lawyers I have ever met in my career. If it were not for her, her team and Eddie Frankum, I would have been convicted of alleged crimes I did not commit. Eddie put in endless hours and went above and beyond what I thought was even possible. He masterfully identified needle in a haystack information. He immediately rectified a bad experience with previous Private Investigator who was hired by a former legal team that was asked to withdraw due to their lackadaisical unethical efforts. My former legal counsel and former Private Investigator essentially just were not up for the long battle or task of sifting through an extremely complex encyclopedia worthy stack of confusing evidence, documents, perjured written statements, video footage. It was just too much for them to handle. Eddie did not even flinch at anything in my case. He has the talent and powerful knowledge to get counteract relentless attacks and overcome obstacles that many others involved in my case in the past could not. Eddie expeditiously got to the heart of legal issues, caught mistakes previous PI made, found facts, rebuked the lies and really was the ammunition and genius microscope that aided in was an extremely difficult legal battle that took several days in trial. He always was vigilant, calm, confident, constantly wrote notes, comments, questions to aid my legal Team with video footage that was massively instrumental to providing evidence the opposition tried to suppress and did NOT want the Jury to watch in trial. What he provided absolutely destroyed the defamation to my character and aided my Lawyer and her team of legal experts in dismantling a tangled web of false information that resulted in a legendary win that no one thought would occur due to the oppositions damaging false information. I cannot say enough great things about Eddie Frankum. It would require writing an entire book. What he did to protect my family & I is something we will be eternally grateful for. He never evaded any question & was extremely knowledgeable about everything in his field. He's just one of those rare immaculate individuals you come across and think to yourself, "Wow, where did you come from? I'm so glad you're here!" He is an amazing Dad, Husband, and a very involved and well-respected member of the community and entire state. Eddie is an absolute game changer and consummate professional with expertise beyond his years. If you need any help with anything investigative, do not hesitate to contact him. He never let me down and kept me informed every step of the way. He has helped so many throughout his career and will never even mention his accolades or titles. He is top notch!
