The store is designed to make it easy to see where to line up; however, the way it ropes off, it blocks customers from the copiers. That doesn't make sense. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Delivery driver did not ring door bell or knock, instead left a note stating they would return tomorrow. Called customer service only to be meant with more incompetence. Delivery driver needs a retrain and why have a customer service department if they are of no service to the customer. The only person in the equation that had a clue what was going on was the staff member at the store. Didn't catch her name but maybe that young lady should train the driver and customer service department.

They gave us different shipping options and wrapped and wrapped again our items and shipped them to us in a nice size box. We received them today in PERFECT condition. I just rented a box there today. I was their first rental customer!! After getting SO annoyed with…read moremy UPS Store where I've had a box for almost a decade, with their constant turn-over of personnel and long SLOW lines, I'd had enough. The friendly staff that was once there that knew me by name and brought my packages out to me without having to stand in line are all gone. Now I'm having to stand in line, show my ID and sign on an electronic keypad to get my packages. I'm done. And anyone else that's "done" with dealing with the crowds and chaos at UPS stores, come here. Oh, and they also take FedEx drop-offs where the UPS Store didn't. A win-win for me all around!!!
