Delivery driver needs a retrain and why have a customer service department if they are of no service to the customer. Pressing 0 no longer works. This shipment w/notice number only could have been any one package from multiple companies that I have order from recently. We used to be able to put the notice number and it would give us the information. I called my Local franchise UPS store and was advised to call and choose shipping rates and then put the notice number to get a live person but also she looked it up for me and gave me my tracking no. Why put us through more hardships UPS after you have become so successful! Fix this and make it easy for us to speak to a live person; my heart goes out to the Elderly on this as well!! Any delivery services out there in competition, never make this mistake and LQQK I am sure customers will pay whatever just to get the help they need Live and not from a BOT or Robot; and be able to easily access a Human Being for Service!. There was no outdoor storage -- it was right on the street so that anyone driving by could have easily opened their car door and just picked it up without getting out of their vechicle. I don't have an exceptionally long driveway, so they could have easily walked it up to my front porch. Additionally, I live in a safe neighborhood, there are no dogs running around, the package could be easily carried with one hand, so this was just pure laziness. You would think that Fedex would expect their delivery people to make the effort to leave a package by the front door to avoid having to pay insurance for lost packages. Just absolutely pathetic. Notice that UPS left a package on my front porch within an hour of the delivery that was left on the side of the road by FedEx. FedEx is just the worst. I've had lost and damaged packages, delayed packages stating I wasn't home when I was. In 20-years, I have never had issues with UPS. Such a difference in quality and service.

The friendly staff that was once there that knew me by name and brought my packages out to me without having to stand in line are all gone. Now I'm having to stand in line, show my ID and sign on an electronic keypad to get my packages. I'm done. And anyone else that's "done" with dealing with the crowds and chaos at UPS stores, come here. Oh, and they also take FedEx drop-offs where the UPS Store didn't. A win-win for me all around!!!

I brought my two winter coats from Whitney to Waco for dry cleaning at Nutone Cleaners because of…read morethe high ratings. I cannot understand how the ratings can be high after what I've just seen on those two coats here at home. The lining on the coral coat is still a wrinkled mess (no pressing) with wrinkles still on the outside (wool) along with three dirt spots that I just removed myself, and on the brown coat, there was still some dried petfood on it that I scraped off myself a few moments ago, and the lining inside that coat is wrinkled as well, where a person sits down on the coat. I just paid $64 for both coats to be cleaned but these coats do not appear to have been cleaned or pressed/steamed at all. Perhaps, for the benefit of the doubt, the coats were inadvertently overlooked and labeled as finished without treatment, but still, this was for me a total waste of money.
