The service in and out service is smooth and swift, and the employees are always pleasant. I've never had any damage to any of my clothes, and I've trusted them with multiple suits, dresses, and dress shirts. A friend of mine who uses them also had an experience where he was unable to pickup during business hours with high priority clothes. He was able to talk with the owner / manager who met him after hours and saved the day. For someone who regularly utilizes dry cleaning services, it's difficult to find someone you can trust and depend on. This is the place for me. read more

The best customer service in Waco! They handled every request, answered every question, and they are able to do the impossible! They have a huge facility and they are able to get dry cleaning done quickly. I had additional requests after dropping off my items, and was able to e-mail the owner, they replied immediately, and everything was taken care of. I love that they offer additional cleaning services, in my case, I needed couch cushion covers deep cleaned, pressed, and I needed the smell to be removed. They were able to accommodate my request. Dropped off my white wool coat with a coffee stain on the sleeve. I picked up my now white with yellow spots wool coat and a coffee stain on the sleeve. Not sure why I had to pay for them to ruin my coat. They told me that sometimes when you clean an item stains that were not visible before will show up. Really??? So dry cleaning makes stains magically appear. What really makes me mad is they admit the yellow stains were not there when I dropped off the coat but when I came to get my stuff no one said a word. They just handed me my stuff. I noticed the stains as I was putting the bags in the back of my car. I guess that's why they require prepayment and want you to use the drive thru. That way when they ruin something they already have your money and if you just drive through you won't notice it until you get home. Oops to late to complain now. read more

I took three pair of brand new ariat jeans in to be pressed and when I got them back one pair was ruined. When I took the jeans back to the cleaners I was informed by the employee Simone and the manager Gayla that the jeans should never have been pressed. The took no responsibility for the jeans that cost $84.99. However the could alter or repair the jeans. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at this store and I have been using this cleaners and the china spring location for years but the just lost all of my business and I will be telling all my associates and family. I know this is not how Patrick operates his business but I am very disappointed with the individuals he left in charge in his absence. read more

I go to Patrick's for all of my dry cleaning needs now. The prices are low, the staff is friendly, and I have never had a problem. My boyfriend's parrot pooped on his jacket (gross, I know). Patrick's had the jacket looking like new! I've brought them dresses, jackets, and blouses. I always get them back on time and looking great. You can get alterations done at Lupe's inside the business. However, Lupe does have his limits. My boyfriend got a large rip on a seam in his suede-like jacket. Lupe could not fix it nor a broken zipper on the same jacket because it would require taking apart the jacket. I was a little surprised about that. Lupe recommended a place in Hillsboro that can do that kind of work. I would love to see Lupe's Alterations expand so that they can handle larger, more difficult sewing problems. read more

Fast & fabulous! Love Patrick's store! Used to work with him & his wife in a former life, and these are hard-working, honest folks who do things right...or make it right in the event of anything not to your liking. Prices are great!...far less than I've paid at several other establishments. The drive-thru is SO awesome, as you never have to exit the car to drop off or pick up unless you just want to pop inside. Everyone is friendly & efficient, and Lupe's Tailor Shop is right there if you need alterations or repair. Another bonus is Patrick's support of many local events and organizations - a real give-back mentality. Check out their China Spring location, and Patrick's will open a 3rd location downtown this fall. read more

Hands down best in Waco. The owner Patrick and his wife are always in the store and often greet me when I make a drop off or come in to pick up my clothes. I feel like having an owner that pays attention and clearly works hard with his employees comes through in the work they do for me. They have a drive through so thats another bonus. This is the best one day cleaners and the only one in town!!! You would think as progressive as Wacoans pretend to be they only have one one day service in town!! As great as their service is they can be the only one! Fast and not expensive. Friendly and great work. They have 3 locations but the one on Valley Mills is the main one. Business appears to be run by teenagers. Service is ok, but seems inefficient and the youngsters cannot answer questions you might have. Upfront payment is expected. Although there are alterations offered, Patrick's is not the one doing the alterations and the one who does leaves by 1PM each day. This certainly is problematic for those professionals who work "business hours." read more

I was a little nervous to take expensive suits to an unknown quantity in Waco, but I definitely trust these guys! I've been here several times now, and they're always really nice, their service is quick, the place is clean, and my clothes come out great! Not to mention the prices are lower than a lot of other places (a definitely plus). One thing I would note though: Unless you're okay with a permanent sticker on the tag of your clothes, you'll want to ask for "temporary heat seals" - otherwise the "heat seal" used to ID your clothes is permanently attached to the tag. The other Waco dry cleaner I tried (before these guys) did this, so apparently it's not uncommon in Waco, but I'd never seen it done by any other place I've been to (in other cities). So, in case you're like me - just a heads-up. Also: ask for a loyalty card - you get 10¢ off per piece! read more

The customer service is great at Patrick's. Every person I have interacted with has been extremely helpful. I was however disappointed in the product. Almost every shirt that we sent through looked like it had merely been pressed and not cleaned at all. I was told that collars and cuffs get checked for extra treatment and they all looked as dirty as when I brought them in. I also brought in a pair of pants to get altered because of a ripped pocket. I had to send the pants back twice before it was actually ever repaired. My advice, if you do bring your clothes here, double check them before you leave. read more

They did a poor job on my clothes. I took in BRAND NEW clothes to have them cleaned and press. I took the clothes with me on my trip and when I went to wear them they still had the fold lines from the store in them. The inspected by paper in the pocket of the pant didn't even look like it had gotten wet. I called them, the woman said that I was lying. 1st off why would I call about something like this and lie about it. Secondly, her husband (Patrick) called me and yelled at me for getting upset with his wife for calling me a liar. WATCH OUT when you take them anything. It was only $16 for the service but the bad treatment was priceless!! They could have been completely unaware of my situation, but rather than check on it they elected to call me a liar. They need to get a grip on there employees and make sure they are doing what they are charging for. read more

I don't get a lot of dry cleaning done, and I've only been here once. I love that they have a drive up line. They were fast both in taking my clothes and getting them cleaned. The only thing I'm not crazy about is having to pay for the cleaning ahead of time. I don't know if that is standard practice in this industry in Waco, but I prefer to pay after the service is completed. read more

I was very disappointed with the service received at this place. I paid $163 to get my wedding dress cleaned and I received it back with some stains still on it. I do not feel I got the value I deserved for what I paid. Also, they did not tell me that there were stains on the dress they could not take out; I found them myself after inspecting it. read more

This place is wonderful. I have taken about 5 pairs of shoes in for repair & they have all come back good as new. They have a place in Austin that they send them to and it can take up to 2-3 weeks to get them back, but I have always received them back sooner. It is so much better than the place near MCC. We have a Vacation Home in Waco and LOVE Patrick's cleaners. They keep us going and do a great job. Our guest constantly remark about our beds. We do have comfy beds but i know that the clean white, crisp laundered sheets are very impressive! Not to mention they keep all our WHITE towels white and soft. How do they do that?? What we want is for our guest to feel like a million bucks when at the end of a fun filled day in Waco, they can lay their head down in comfort! I could not do without the drive through! Makes my job so much easier. Also if our guest need something cleaned in a day, they do that too! All around the best value we have found. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
