I brought my two winter coats from Whitney to Waco for dry cleaning at Nutone Cleaners because of…read morethe high ratings. I cannot understand how the ratings can be high after what I've just seen on those two coats here at home. The lining on the coral coat is still a wrinkled mess (no pressing) with wrinkles still on the outside (wool) along with three dirt spots that I just removed myself, and on the brown coat, there was still some dried petfood on it that I scraped off myself a few moments ago. I just paid $64 for both coats to be cleaned but these coats were not cleaned at all. What a scam and a shame, and a total waste of money. That was a lot of money to spend for coats that look as though they were not properly cleaned or pressed/steamed. So disappointing and upsetting.
