    Horrible experience! Look elsewhere, these people are a joke. I waited 3 days and then they canceled my inspection.

I maybe waited 15-20 minutes both times. The initial inspection however doesn't take long at at. My review is low because during both visits the staff was rude. It's so loud in there that they expect you to hear them from a distance, then get mad when you don't. They are very snappy which I understand they want to get done quickly and get you moving but it's not necessary.

    It took me 40 minutes from the beginning of the line to the exit (TODAY). Today was my 3rd visit. I…read morefailed the first time because of a dirty intake manifold valve. I failed the second time because my codes hadn't reset yet. After the dealership cleaned the valve, they told me to wait 4 days to take it back so that the codes could reset. I think the general misconception is that if you drive your car for a certain amount of miles or time, the codes reset automatically. I learned from this experience that each vehicle is different when it comes to reseting the codes. I suggest looking in your owner's manual or googling your make, model and "reset codes." For me, I had to make sure the gas tank was about 3/4 full, drive for 20 minutes between 50-60 mph, drive for 10 minutes at 20-30 mph and push the accelerator (in park) at 2000 rpm until the temperature gauge is at 1/3. The employees here are nice enough, but having to go through emissions testing just straight up sucks. As another reviewer mentioned, nobody really wants to be here. That's so true. Since emissions testing is inevitable, I suppose this location is good. It's the only one I've been to so far. Just be prepared to wait a while. (I came at the end of the month which probably didn't help.)

My daughter car had a cylinder issue with her SUV and Randall managed to talk us into replacing her engine (that only had 77k miles on it). Well almost 3 months and $14,500 later we got the car back. 2 days later all the dashboard lights to come on so we took it back. Randall proceeded to tell us we needed a new alternator so we paid another $1100 to get that replaced. Then got the car back and that same day all the lights came on as my teenager was driving on the interstate. Obviously the car went back AGAIN. There have been at least 15 unanswered calls and texts between my husband, my mother in law and I to Randall. Come to find out today we drove all the way out to Columbia to find Randall's Nashville Hwy address completely vacant. When we got his new Precast Dr our car was sitting outside along with about 40 other cars. Very long story short we took the car back and he will be hearing from our lawyer. Our car also had an additional 3000 miles on it when we picked it up today, not sure what that's about. He also 'loaned' us a car a couple weeks ago since he was taking so long with our car but the car he loaned us didn't even belong to him!

I have been getting my oil changed here since I moved to the area a year ago. Due to employee recommendations, I usually always get extra things, filters, wipers, etc. I've always trusted the employees. Today, I had a much different experience. I pulled to the back of the building and was directed by David pointing his finger to the right bay. I was pulling forward as I've always done and he started aggressively beating on my back driver side door. I was startled, confused, and also had a sleeping 2 month old baby in the back. When I rolled down my window he angrily told me that I wasn't allowed to pull myself in. I'm not sure if this is a new policy or an old one being strictly enforced now, as I've always pulled my car in myself. David proceeded to get an attitude with me, maintaining an aggressive demeanor. I angrily told him the same thing above, that I've always pulled myself in. He stated "not here you haven't". Needless to say, the situation escalated. To give all the facts, I did yell back and use profanity. I decided to take my business elsewhere and left. Hands shaking, I called the Shelbyville location and David answered. I asked for the corporate number and he hung up on me. I called back and someone else answered, I didn't get his name, but he was polite. When I asked for the corporate phone number, he asked if this was in reference to the lady that was just there. I told him I was unaware of what he was referring to and that I just needed the phone number to corporate. I answered with that as I was afraid of being hung up on again. The man politely told me that he didn't have a phone number for corporate but gave me the number of his area manager, who I believe he said is named Greg. I called the number and left a voicemail explaining the experience. I hate to leave such an awful review because as I said above, the other guys have always been so great! Losing a customer here and there doesn't hurt, I understand, but I'd hate to know that he's treating other customers this way.
