Chicken Cutlet Japanese Curry
Ryan M.

The food was delicious! My wife and I had the Chicken and Pork Cutlets with Japanese Curry and halfed onthe Black Truffle Angus Rib Hamburger Steak. Everything was so yummy! The cutlets were so juicy , the curry had the potatoes and carrots in it, which I rarely get, but definitely hit the spot. The Black Truffle was so good, all the flavors went so well together in one bite. Highly recommend this dish as well. Next time, were trying the Thai curry. Service was great and the inside looked pretty spacious and elegant. Chef is on to something here. Give this place a go!

It tastes soooo good! Love the Thai curry, would also recommend the Chinese braised beef rice! The food taste just right, not too salty or plain at all! Strongly recommend.

Came across Pan Asian while in town and searching for Sri Lankan food near by…read more While there is literally just a few Sri Lankan restaurants on the west coast and just one in Las Vegas I had to take my chance and stop by. First off the name on the outside of the restaurant doesn't match up with the business name but that's okay. Upon arriving I ran into Pavi the chef outside and asked him if they were open and he invited me in. I then asked him about the Sri Lankan menu and what's up with that and he told me that he was from there. After a glimpse look at the menu I ordered the Spring Hoppers which chicken and lentils and here are my honest thoughts. The whole meal overall was very authentic Sri Lankan but with some of the ingredients missing. However, everything was so tasty and mouthwatering that I enjoyed every bite of it. While I wish that the chicken would have had some bones to it and a few more ingredients it's overall very pleasant. The lentils and the string hoppers were so divine and paired so well with the chicken curry. Even hours after the meal all the flavors remained fresh in my mind and craving for more. Otherwise there are so many other dishes to order from here and I can't wait to come back!

I used to feel great after eating there and the food was exquisite, the chef at that time did an amazing job on the Thai food and was an excellent cook overall. Since the change in ownership around Jan 2025 I haven't felt like the Thai food is that good and had a few Thai dishes that were just really poorly done, like not cooked the way the dish should be cooked. However, the Sri Lankan food has been cooked very well every time I've tried it. You have to request the Sri Lankan menu to see it. The curry and rice has great flavors and the chef puts lots of attention into the dishes and it's a great place to try authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. However, I am sensitive to ingredients/food and every time I've eaten the Sri Lankan food I've had inflammatory symptoms -- don't know why because it's supposed to be seed oil-free, but it doesn't agree with me. It's basically turned into a different restaurant after Jan 2025 or so, so only look at those reviews when considering it. And the Thai and Sri Lankan dishes are so different as to be from different restaurants, so you can only look at Sri Lankan food reviews if planning to get Sri Lankan food. If you want Sri Lankan food, it's a good place.

You'll find them on the casino floor and if you go left from Golden Circle Sports Bar, they're at the former spot of Las Vegas Yacht Club seafood restaurant. Inside is a lively atmosphere and very spacious, has elegant Japanese style latern and modern decor. You can dine at the bar or table, and there's ample seating. Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

Another server came by to take our food orders. The venue is clean, modern and tastefully decorated in an Eastern Asian decor, black and red. Plenty of tables. When we first entered you'll see a full bar and a lounge area. To the right is where the hostess will greet you. Service is great. The menu is extensive. Lots of delicious looking options. We had duck fried rice which was my favorite and the seafood with crispy noodles which has a gravy like sauce that will soften the crispy noodles. My friends enjoyed the fried bass lathered with savory and sweet fruits and veggies. The jackfruit is delicious! We also had medium rare steak that were sliced and lathered with sauce. It was tender and juicy. The chef gave us a bonus surprise which were the wok fried lobster tails. Thank you Chef AJ and Ace Dragon Wok team for the delicious food and warm welcome!

Emmie was our server. She was impeccable with her friendliness and amazing service. Her attention and care throughout our dining was top-notch. Thank you Emmie! Shared parking with other biz within plaza are available right up front of the restaurant. Ambiance inside was beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. Menu options were abundant. Despite of the selections, we usually go with our go-tos. We couldn't ask for a better meal. Everything was delish with a few exceptions. 1. Panang Curry lunch special that comes with soup, salad, wonton, and rice - taste and flavor were just okay, but portions were quite adequate 2. Baa Mee Hang - amazingly tasty, but portions were small 3. Papaya Salad with shrimp - wonderfully put together with fresh quality ingredients, tasted great with mild spice made just right, it comes with 4 huge shrimps, wished it came with 6 huge shrimps 4. Pad Thai with chicken - one of the best dishes! SO GOOD!! 5. Pad Woon Sen with chicken - I originally asked for seafood, but got chicken instead which was fine. Glass noodles became mushy towards the end. They need to use a different brand of glass noodles that's a bit firmer. 7. Stuffed Chicken Wings - surprisingly good, love the crispiness of the skin, seasoning was quite flavorful, came with 2 wings, 3 wings would have been better 8. Thai Iced Tea - PERFECT! Must get every time. 9. Thai Iced Coffee - good, not too sweet 10. Coconut Cream Ice Cream - a must get delectable dessert to end our meal, SO YUMMY! Each dish averaged about $20+ or so. Bill came and it was a whopping $140+ before tip. After tip, it was $170.00 out the door. Yes, big delicious meals come with a price! It's always well worth it. Highly recommend Weera Thai!

Lets be honest I wanted to go because I had gone with some business partners year before during the SHOT Show convention and loved it. We sat at the bar but they had plenty of seating for a 5pm arrival. Their location is convenient to the strip off Flamingo and well worth the Uber or Zoox if they travel to that area. The staff at the bar were all amazing and actually seemed interested in talking to us while prepping for the night. I always find the service off strip to be better, but its merely a generalization as it really comes down to the individual server. Their selection of drinks is like the cheesecake factory menu and very impressive along with some reasonably priced beers and cocktails. One thing lacking olive seltzers, but hey some white girls have to get adventurous sometimes. I got the yuzu lager which was amazing and had to get a couple. My wife got a gin and tonic which had some elderberry flavor in it and she had to drive so I got to finish that bad boy off. For food we always share, because most plates are huge. We got the crispy fried rice which I remembered from years ago which features almost puffy style rice with a lot of amazing aromatics like lemongrass and lime as well as sour pork sausage which I feel just tasted like a typical Chinese sausage but supreme flavorful and not a huge soy flavor. This is a must have at $15 even if just as a starter. The food options are amazing including a lot of Northern Thai options you dont see at a basic bitch Thai restaurant. We also got the Seafood PAd ped which features mussels, squid, scallops, and shrimp in a mushroom lime sauce and boy howdy it was unique and tasty. I could go on and on about the choices but if this is all you eat assuming you like a good mushroom sauce then you will be set as a couple. Big shout out to the staff for making us feel at home in Vegas as Phoenix ferners. The restaurant is super clean with a modenr esthetic and quite large to fit a lot of people. They also have an amazing wine selection that goes as deep as your wallet.
