His initial proposal was the most detailed one I received, and while it wasn't the lowest quote, I felt much more comfortable going with Pennstar Solar as a small, locally owned business with customers who were incredibly happy with the work that Mike did. There was only one hiccup that happened on install day, when the installers felt we should replace our service line before they installed, and while it was unexpected, Mike worked quickly to get quotes from other electricians to get the service line replaced, and the installers were able to come back two days later to complete the install.
