This place was a treat! I'm big on visiting breweries everywhere I visit and Omnipollos Hatt came up in a search of breweries in Stockholm. The place has a dive bar vibe, which was fine with me. I'm not sure if rhey brew the beer on site, that wasn't evident to me from where I sat at the bar. I quickly ordered the gose they had on the menu, and was super pleased when it was served to me with what appeared to be a scoop of sorbet inside. A beer float, I guess. And it was delightful! Omnipollos Hatt offers creative pizzas and great beer. We had #4 and #7--both flavorful and unique. #4 was more classic with a nice crispy crust; #7 was bold, spicy, and definitely for the adventurous. Crust was thin, slightly charred; perfect. The pizza itself is a little greasy due to the chorizo, but otherwise excellent. The beer is the real bonus--Omnipollo's own brews, with everything from sours to dessert stouts. Perfect pairings for the pizzas. Atmosphere is laid-back and busy. Small space, order at the bar. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. We were lucky and grabbed a table outside. Came here for the beer and it did not disappoint as it is quite great quality which is high praise from someone who has traveled to enjoy great beer. We did not try the pizza, but it looked pretty good (maybe next time). The place is a little bit of an excursion to locate in the hills above Gamla Stan - take the elevator up to the bridge and continue walking and you will find this place on a side street. There are tables outside and inside, and you can sit at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. NOTE: They do NOT sell any of their cans to go - this is a Swedish law that you must buy even their beer from a state owned liquor store. read more

One of my favorite beer spots when I was in town! A wonderful tap list of their own beers, as well as curated beers from around the world. When I was there, I was surprised they were selling a beer from Other Half (which is just in my backyard in Brooklyn!). On top of their amazing beers, they also make delicious pizzas at super cheap prices - all the ones we had were so good! When it's busy there might be a little wait as there is limited seating, but we never had to wait for long. A very kid-friendly bar too, saw lots of parents bringing their families. Bartenders were so nice - they even stopped by to chat it up with us, and gave us some under-the-radar recs while we were in town which all turned out to be top tier. If you're visiting from out of town and love beer, this place should be on your hit list! read more

Solid pizza and beer in a bar with a fun vibe. We learned about this place from the guide on our walking tour and were not disappointed. They have indoor and outdoor seating year-round, which is nice. Pizza came out hot and was served with a smile. I can't give enough praise to Omnipollo! For one the beer is very unique and experimental at least to the American beer drinker. Not too sure if the creativity of the recipes are normal to see in Europe but the beer Steve and I enjoyed found it very memorable and provided a wonderful craft beer experience for us! We enjoyed the Double Moa, a Lemon Curd sour beer which indeed was a little bit sour but was sweetened with lactose sugar to even it out. A lighter beer and a kind of sour that immediately raises the bar (at least for Steve and myself) as to what a good sour beer should really be. Omnipollo has a great merchandise story with a nice inventory! I bought a couple shirts from here that I really took a liking to but more importantly we bought an awesome glass beer pitcher with planets and rocket ships all over it. Definitely something you don't see often and we really enjoy that particular item! What makes it even cooler and you happen to be a tourist Omnipollo's online merchandise store does international shipping (not sure about world wide but they do ship merchandise to the US) which makes a very good argument that this brewery is practically perfection! read more

What a cool find! We were looking for a dinner spot and read the good reviews on Yelp so we decided to give it a try. Are we glad we did! The interior is tiny but the flavor is mighty. I went with the blackberry sour beer which was great- not overly sour and just enough sweetness. I chose the #12 pizza which had sheep's cheese, rocket, tomatoes, almonds, pumpkin seeds, fennel honey, and lemon. It was so fresh and delicious. The crust had a great flavor and texture as well. I will definitely be back to try more! read more

They combine their BrewPub with a Wood-Fired Oven and the result is something spectacular. I have been an avid supporter of Omnipollo with their crazy collaborations and unique styles. Awesome spot in Stockholm! It's a super local spot and when we came on a random Wednesday night, it was packed to the door. You can order just beers or just pizza or both since the bar is separate from the pizza ordering kiosk. But if you want both, you can actually order pizza at the bar for quicker service. The menus were in Swedish but you can ask for an English version. The staff are very friendly and will take time to explain the menu to you even if they're busy. On our second and last visit to Omnipollos, we waited in line for 20 minutes then tried to get the attention of a staffer to find out how much longer it would be. They all continued to rush by and ignore us; after another 10 minutes, with no attention, no food, no drinks, and no one to set our expectations about how much longer the wait would be, we left. The quality of the food and the beer on our first vsit here was great, which is why we returned. However, service this time around was so slow and rude that we left without eating or drinking. It would have been much nicer if the staff had warned us (and the other people waiting in line on the day of our last visit) that the restaurant was really busy, so if we didn't have time we should go elsewhere. read more

Stopped in for a beer and snack in late November 2019. Paprika marcona almonds were delicious, local IPA was hazy and super juicy. Pizza was thin crust and had very high quality toppings (portobellos, ham, mozzarella) with a flavorful sauce. Crust was a bit soggy in the middle. Room for improvement. Very good and fast pizza with a variety of classic and creative toppings, just the right size for one person to have for a meal. The beer is exceptional and great variety although a bit expensive even by Stockholm standards. The downside is how popular it is and the tiny space. I was lucky to find a seat in tight quarters. Tonight (25.01.2017) they got everything between 3.5-12.9% Come one, come all. They'll have something for everyone - from an Ice Cream Pale Ale to Bourbon Barrel stout, pilsner and IPA. We were looking for places in Stockholm that had a lot of good beer, and Omnipollos Hatt kept popping up on the lists! With that, we headed over to Södermalm on a cold Monday night and stopped in for what turned out to be a great experience (also well-priced for notoriously expensive Stockholm). Omnipollos Hatt is a cozy (small) space with a few tables and a small bar where you can order some truly interesting, unique local beers and wood-fired oven thin crust pizzas. We ordered a couple of pizzas and some beers, and really enjoyed everything. I tried a spruce-infused beer which was a stand-out, and I have to say their pizzas were great too. A nice, thin, well-charred crust, and interesting toppings (a high compliment from a New Yorker!). Another plus here is that the price-point is reasonably so you don't break the bank for a good dinner. Overall, worth a trip to Södermalm and definitely a unique spot with a great vibe in Stockholm! read more

After a long day of touring around the city, I was hungry for some grub and thought I would give this pizza joint a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza tasted! The brew was alllllllrriiight-mediocre at best, definitely not worth what we paid for. I mean seriously, how is it that the beer costs more than the pizza??! I have learned this city is not suitable for heavy drinkers or just dr:/ The service was very puzzling. We walked through the front door to ask if we can seat ourselves outside. The gentleman told us yes so we did. After some time had passed and my stomach yelling at me, I went back inside and asked this pretty lady (who had THE worst attitude I have ever encountered in my life) "do we place the order here if we are sitting outside?". She had the most passive aggressive replies thrown at me throughtout the night and left me speechless by the time we were done with the restaurant. Thankfully the pizza was good enough for us to bite our tongue and get over these "know-it-alls". I was not about to let these hipsters ruin the end of my trip! Here's my two cents, if you are in the service industry and aren't capable of holding up a smile or show some respect to customers who are paying to eat at the place you work at, maybe it is time for you to search for a new job. My friend Jeff owns Laughing Monk Brewery in San Francisco, and definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to good beer. When he suggested Omnipollos, we immediately put it on our checklist for Stockholm. Located just steps from the pedestrian street in hipster Södermalm, the place was bustling when we stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. The beer list was small, but had a good variety of different beers for every taste. I had the Niki Citra pale ale, which was hazy, juicy and absolutely delicious. I had a sip of my friend's lemon curd sour, which was suuuper tart. Even the frozen topper didn't help to cut the acidity of this beer. Though she's a fan of sours and enjoyed it quite a bit; it just wasn't my cup of tea. And beer aside, their house made ginger ale is AMAZING - super ginger-y and not too sweet. Their entire pizza menu looked mouthwatering and had some really interesting combinations. We were on a self-directed food tour, so we just decided on an order of the Bacon on Crack and split the #12 which had delicious tangy sheep's milk cheese, arugula, honey, tomatoes, almonds and pumpkin seeds. The combo sounds a little weird, but was SO tasty. The Bacon was legit crack - crispy meaty chunks of fatty pork covered with a sweet glaze - I'm drooling even now as I type this. The pizza was a decent size to share, and the thin crust held up well against the generous amount of toppings. I can definitely see why this place is busy, and it's a great addition to this foodie neighborhood! read more

Three stars because Omnipollo beers are still the greatest ever for stout and porter lover like me. Nothing can beat 'em. Give me a bottle of Noa Pecan Mud Cake stout on my bad day, then I will give you a big smile and an extra hug later - that's how much I love the beer. Hell, give the beer six stars if possible! The bar? Not so much. This bar is very small and full of people on Friday night (well, of course), but it also shares a domain with a pizzeria since Swedish law stipulates that alcohol serving place must also serve food *yada yada yada*, so the crowd won't disperse during dinner time like bars in Copenhagen. Ever seen people eating a pizza and elbowing each other on the bar table? Exactly. It's a strange view from someone living in Copenhagen. Boyfriend had an appointment with his old friend and Omnipollos Hatt was the place. We had to squeeze ourselves into a throng of hipsters but there we were, going through the tap list, although I stick most to Hypnopompa and Selassie (That Hypnopompa is super delicious, btw!). The surprise came when we were denied serving after our five small glasses of beer each. They said we had enough. WHUT? There could never be enough of Omnipollo beer, but I kind of had enough of the Stockholmers' attitude to alcohol consumption (I know Malmöites are not like that!) so off we went to a second bar. No really. We weren't THAT drunk. We might talk a bit loud because the place was super crowded and noisy and never in my life that I had been denied serving in Copenhagen and I'm not even the big drinker in my circle of friends. Out on the street, I was half angry and half chuckling at the newly-acquired experience. Sweden is indeed a strange place for alcohol-drinker. Sorry, Omnipollo, you might have great beer, but the bar is such a turndown experience for me. I might stick to the bottle version of your beer from now on. read more

The beer is obviously a strong point when it comes to Omnipollo but I can't comment on that since I don't drink beer. They do offer some wine, but this is definitely a place for beer fanatics. Small, cozy and hip this place don't seat that many but you can always order the pizza for a take away. I had the pizza with potatoes and oregano which was very nice. A surprising spiciness from lots of pepper, but overall a good pizza. You pay when you order and the pizza arrived fairly quickly and freshly from the oven, a big plus! So I guess my review is a bit unbalanced cause I can't rate the beer, the pizza was good and I liked the atmosphere. But the lack of beverage options apart from beer makes me hesitant to give it a four. So a strong 3.5 and I'll probably come back for more pizza. read more

Sought this place out with very high expectations...and they were EXCEEDED! Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. We ordered the #6 and #8. Our son ate seven slices and I think I had nearly as many, and I'm not a big eater. And yet, I could eat another right now. Delicious crust, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. If that weren't enough, the beers are interstellar. The Warpigs Berlinerweisse is excellent, somewhere between a saison and a sour, and goes down dangerously easy. Our son had the nonalcoholic Elderflower soda, which was delicious if a touch sweet. A bargain at 35 kronur per liter. Went here on a late Thursday afternoon. Staff very enthusiastic and friendly. Definitely a hipster kind of place. Filled with locals of all ages. I had two beers one an IPA the other a session IPA. For beer, they offer a small size and a large size. I also ordered a pizza which was really good. Cooked in a wood fired pizza oven it had a really nice big fluffy crust. Pizza was basil mozzarella Parmesan and olive oil. Just the right size for one person. If you want you can sit outside and watch people walk down the street. I rather enjoyed it but wouldn't want to be in there when crowded. The place is a tad bit small. read more

I tried one of their beers...ordering 'the big one'.... it was good, but the size was less than a pint and the price was around 10$....ouch. No beer is worth that much. This place is hidden away gem. The beers are always changing however the standards are always high. The staff are very knowledgeable about all of the beers and are also a very friendly bunch. Now to the really serious part. The pizza's are just to die for. The sauce is rich with plenty of tomato flovour and the toppings constantly change too. My last visit here i had a Korean inspired pizza which consisted of marinated beef, kimichi and spring onions. The taste were well balanced.
