Joshi was incredible to work with! We moved into our condo in 2019 and he was very communicative, helpful and took the time that was needed to get us into our new place successfully. We really appreciated the communication and the honesty which made us feel really good about signing our names on the lease. One thing I truly appreciated about working with Joshi and this company is that anytime we needed something or if anything minor came up Joshi would take care of it as if it were a huge issue. He was very responsive and again I might sound like a broken record but he actually cared to help us out when needed. When we moved out earlier this year, he also made sure that process was as easy as possible. I really loved our condo and I really appreciate the people who made it that much better! Huge thanks to Joshi and Ashoka Lion.

It's hard to imagine any competent investor would do business with Omnikey. Communication was incredibly fragmented & lagged from the agent until starting the loan app, in which we were bombarded by Omnikey/Lennar to submit the app. Pro formas were all inflated/ inaccurate, requests for updated information was ignored entirely. I explicitly backed out of the loan process & OmniKey/Lennar proceeded to RUN TWO UNAUTHORIZED HARD CREDIT CHECKS & have since ignored all attempts to contact them. Very sketchy all around & Omnikey property management is horrendous, which is the biggest pain point for investors as it is. Horrible experience is an understatement.

Told the management agreement allowed them to make that decision? The staff turn around has been on going, every 3-4 months there is a new person in charge. There was junk left on the property and I requested that this be removed a month ago and NOTHING! I have also had an issue with having to turn the AC unit down to 70 degrees and the house only cooling to 73 overnight. Finally got the AC company out to find out there is little to no insulation in the attic. Was told by Andrew the property manager that he could get the insulation done asap. Almost 3 weeks later NOTHING! Also, the screen door to the backyard came off the day I moved in due to someone cutting so much off the hinges, there was no chance the screws could hold the door on. Emailed about that a month ago as well and no one was sent to repair. Door is leaning up against the house. I have to email Andrew weekly and still no results. I love this house but NEVER have I had to deal with a management company or landlord that will not take care of things. Stop talking about what you can get done and get it done!!! Also, the stuff outside is minimal compared to mounds of junk left in the garage-sheet rock, paint, tools, etc. That is stuff is not mine, so I am not sure why I am being made to store and look at it daily.

They charge an extra $400 deposit plus $25 per month per pet. We have two small dogs and this would have required us to pay $800 extra deposit on top of the deposit equaling one month's rent. Then we would have to pay $50 per month extra rent. This to me is ridiculous. When we went to look at the property, the manager said nothing about the extra pet deposit. Here is what Javier Paniagua replied when I questioned this policy: "I am sorry that you feel that way and the pet deposit is something that we do a cross the board. We do advertising that states 400 pet deposit, so again I do apologize for any inconveniences." The lease is structured in a way that you have to pay an extra months rent unless you notify them 40 days in advance that you are moving out. If you don't, your lease automatically converts to month-to-month retroactively when the lease ends. If you occupy the house one day during the month, you still have to pay for the whole month. There is no prorated calculation allowed. Next time I will be sure to consult reviews in Yelp before wasting time and money on a lease application.

Moving is stressful. SO STRESSFUL…read more Now aside from packing your entire life up and moving to a new residence. Imagine moving from one state to another state. It's a terrifying experience simply because, in most cases, you know absolutely no idea what to expect from a new town/city. Everything you were so familiar with is now gone and you sort of need to start fresh. When my partner and I decided to move from Las Vegas, NV to Dallas, TX I quickly took to yelp to find the realtors of TX to help us with our search. Dallas Luxury Realty popped up as one of the top finds. I started to read the reviews, went on their website, did some research, and decided to reach out via their website one late afternoon here in Las Vegas. Early the next morning KAELYN FARIA got back to me via email and then called to follow-up. Now, when I say hanging up with her was like floating on cloud 9 - you know, that feeling that you have no worries in the world, you're just twirling around on clouds (me, on my carpet) -that's exactly how our conversation went. She put my stress at ease, provided me confidence and put a plan together for us. Within 2 weeks, I found myself following her all around Dallas, TX looking at houses, laughing in empty homes that once held other memories and really showcasing all our wants/needs before our eyes. The ease of working with her was just phenomenal! After 2 days of looking, we found the house we really wanted, put in an application and by the end of the week it was OURS (I mean, not ours, since we're renting). We could not have done this without the help of Kaelyn and Dallas Luxury Realty. THANK YOU for making this process so easy for us.
