Everything else was a mess which I will explain. First of all, I was very direct with explaining how fair skin I am (redhead) and my expectations (very light color just to look like a normal human). The girl understood this and explained that if she did it a little darker, it would fade out nicely by my wedding on Saturday... that is not the case. This is not where I normally go but I was in the area from a conference and decided to give them a try based on their reviews. First she had me put barrier cream on the bottom of my hands and fingers which means that I now have the brutal lines on my hands and buildup of tan in places. Second, she somehow sprayed my arms in a way that left a small white strip on the top of each arm that extends my entire arm length. Third... I'm orange (especially with my hands and ankles) and my face is much lighter than my body... no consistency. I want to say that I made sure to follow her instructions (wait the appropriate amount of time then rinse, be careful in the shower, moisturize, etc. However with all of that... I panicked today and went to my normal place. The girl looked at me and her first words were "oh.... my". In her years of tanning she has never seen anyone spray me the way that this place did. I'm not saying they can't handle girls who aren't super pale.. but this was the worst spray tan ever.

There was once a mature gentleman at the front desk and now there are, um, several teenagers at the front desk But don't look down because the floor is filthy and there's a couple of roaches. It is obvious that the equipment when cleaned is cleaned by those who use it not the entire piece of equipment cleaned by staff.. There are three Fox News screens and only one CNN. The music is abrasive and loud (I listen to the 90s and grunge and the music is worse than that.) it is so loud that with both earbuds in it is difficult to hear my book. Could we at least turn it down to the point that the young girls at the front desk don't have to yell and screak and scream at each other to have a conversation? Because of my age and familiarity with gyms I purposely go on weekdays, midmornings. That way I assume I won't interrupt young people's music and screaks of laughter etc. but the abrasive music is the same regardless of the clientele at that particular time. Why do I continue to go? Because it's only 3 miles from my home.

Went in earlier today, the salon was small but the staff nice. I was getting an airbrush tan for a…read morewedding in two days. She knew the dress I would be wearing in the ceremony was strapless. She asked me to look over myself after she was finished and had stepped out. The lighting in the room was odd and it was difficult to see the coloration. As the day went on I kept finding splotches of uneven color I would try to rub off a bit, like the machine was not spraying properly and caused darker random freckles. I can live with that. I didnt notice anything further that bothered me until eight hours later when getting ready for bed. I'm wearing a strapless black dress and there is a very distinct line on my inner arm on both sides where there is absolutely no color. It's tan, then white. It goes from the inside inner upper arm to the back side of it and is very very noticeable from the back. Now it's had time to set in and I don't know that I can fade that distinct line in time, and if I can the color is still missing. I am leaving town for the wedding and cannot do a touch up. I am overall happy with the airbrushing but this section being missed on each side it is very frustrating and I hope it isn't too completely obvious at the ceremony. If I weren't in the wedding party it wouldn't be a big deal, but I am and this is upsetting. Probably won't got back.
