When I found this company on line, I was a little impressed how corporate they looked. So I figured I'd use a professional company and see what they charged. I was then surprised when I called and talked to a very pleasant young man. He asked me a few short questions and then took me through some things over the phone. In about 20 minutes, I was able to start up and use my computer again and now I can email my kids using Microsoft's outlooker. It was a very affordable price and even though we finished he stayed on the line with me answering any other questions I had. I thought that was pretty neat.
