My consultation/evaluation with Doctor Placer was pleasant and informative. He payed deliberate attention to my concerns and asked pertinent questions. Using a diagram he explained the cause of my pain and suggested a course of treatment to address the pain. I am a health care professional so I had some challenging questions for Dr Placer and he answered each one with clarity. I was impressed by the Doctor and have confidence in him. After calling and leaving a message for clarification about a medical order, I never received a return call. When I called back later that day, I was simply told I needed to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. The office is over 30 minutes from my home, so it's not as if I can just stop by to resolve a communication issue. Like many large practices, everything goes through a call center, making it nearly impossible to reach the office directly. Florida has no shortage of medical providers. Customer service is what separates exceptional practices from mediocre ones, and this experience has been disappointing. I'm posting this in the hope that it gets the attention of the front office. I'll update my review if the situation is resolved.

I was nervous to try a new office but heard such wonderful things about this practice. Dr.Khan has really made me feel comfortable and at ease when coming into the office. She has an incredible attention to detail and is extremely thorough with her examinations. I always appreciate her willingness to explain things to me and how she is always ensuring that I understand what is happening and my options. I also appreciate that the practice offers mental health services in addition to primary care. I feel like having it all under one roof makes that referral and ability to connect to the right resources so much easier! Scheduling is also super easy! They are always able to find a time to get me in which I like! The front desk staff is so friendly and able to help answer questions whenever they come up.
