I eventually used their online scheduling to get an appointment so I could actually talk to someone only to be told that I would need to reschedule for the procedure. Then, a week later I was told that he was no longer doing it. When I went to get a copy of my medical records so I could go to a new provider, they didn't include the results of the labs that had just been run. Don't expect them to respond if you need follow-up care.

I have been seeing Dr. Torres now for a few years for pain management for what would finally be determined to be fibromyalgia. I have sever back issues and numbness in my legs and Dr. Torres has been able to control my pain with a combination of medicine and shots into the nerves of my back. Dr. Torres is one of those doctors who listen to your concerns and does not rush thru an appointment. He is very through with me as a patient. I also way love this staff here. They always call to remind me of my appointments and make sure I stay on up of my refills. This location is in a strip mall with several other business around it. Their whole staff is extremely understanding and very customer serviced orientated. Another plus. They value their patients time. I did not wait long and I was ushered into the doctors office. I honestly didn't think acupuncture would work when so many different doctors and pharmaceutical drugs had failed. I couldn't have been more wrong. Dr. K and Maria have most certainly changed my entire perception of what a true healthcare professional is. From old injuries stemming from combat deployments to new injuries almost weekly from jiu jitsu, I did not make their jobs any easier lol. When I tell you guys that these ladies are absolutely LASER focused on patient results, that is not an exaggeration by any stretch. They listen to all of my complaints and do everything in their power to produce immediate results in the form of symptom relief. Each and every session. Without fail. Dr K's vast knowledge of of the human body and ability to create, literal, miracle working treatment plans on the fly is seriously next level. To say that every session I learned something new about my own body would be drastically selling it short. Not saying I understand how any of it works, because I definitely still don't. It might be science, it might be magic, but it absolutely works. And at the end of the day, the results speak for themselves. I've been through the gambit of mental health meds with the VA. I've done different psychedelic treatments with ketamine, mushrooms and Ayahuasca. I've used cannabis to manage symptoms. But this..... This is the absolute most immediate relief I've ever felt from PTSD / stress / anxiety. I originally intended for the acupuncture and massage therapy to handle all of my aches and muscle pains.... But it is abundantly clear to me that I can rely on Dr. K and Maria to assist with all faucets of my healthcare. Including, most surprising of all to me, mental health. I sincerely hope that by me sharing just a portion of what I've experienced, it encourages anyone on the fence like I was to just go ahead and go for it. Im sure I'm leaving out a ton of other really cool stuff out too but I cannot recommend this place enough. He took his time, ask questions and actually listened. I did not feel rushed but I understood why I had to wait, he take time to really discuss your medical history and what your concerns are. His communication was clear and very informative, it's refreshing to come across a physician that really loves their specialty and not just there to get paid.
