This place is terrible when it comes to dealing with your money and I'm not talking about the two…read moregirls and the guy that work in the office right there on 24 it's not them they all work with me tried to help me out of a predicament that I got myself into before the new management company took over they are a joke I paid my bill which is outrageous anyway since they took over and every time I pay the bill within two or three days I'm getting phone calls texts and emails telling me that my bill was late and so when I go into the office because calling them it's nothing accomplished so I go in there and it's always one more thing that's been added to the bill but they want me to pay from shit from before they even owned it but we got straightened out back in the beginning of January when I caught all of my bill up I was only a month behind but I made sure I paid everything up everything should have been well taken care of but every month since then I've had nothing but problems now I got to go up there and deal with them again because I've been getting phone calls for the last 2 weeks again really I'm sorry really about it so my phone is for management company can't do their job right but they want to charge you these outrageous prices for shit that they never did anyway they did it with mine charge me $100 to $50 installments for our papers and whatever else they decide it was a part of that 15 hours each and they never even did anything they never put the paperwork through or anything else even the manager lady that I talk to that day is the one who found it and took care of it for me or thought she took care of it for me so they're charging you for things that they've never done and you're supposed to just agree with it or lose your stuff . And now that they've Jack the bill up so high in order for me to get out of there and I will as soon as I can but fighting disability for 20 years and not getting that good is a whole another ball game it's just starting what they can get away with and the federal government it's ridiculous anyway sorry got a little bit of track but yeah if you're not already here don't come they're terrible anyway make it sound good but it's not them girls and the one gentleman that I dealt with we're very decent people they helped me as much as they possibly could it's not them it's the company that they work for the management company as soon as I can find that name I want to go and give them the worst review I've ever given they're terrible and the people I talk to that rent there have said they have had similar problems and others I just don't understand the disrespect and the ignorance that a company can put out there knowing they have your stuff and can do whatever they want to pretty much unless enough of us get together and deal with it I'm game if anybody's got an idea that's legal and will help affect some change I'm open to just about anything like I said as long as it's legal . He showed me around the store, explained what the various types of rigs were. He did it without overwhelming me. He couldn't have been more friendly. The prices seemed great. Jim ties most of the rigs in the store and that certainly helps keeps prices down and ensures quality. I appreciated what he didn't do as much as what he did do. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He is looking for repeat customers not just a one and done. What I can tell you is this. Jim's will be my go to shop. I will make sure everyone I talk to knows about Jim's. It is a rare gem, small, locally owned friendly, reasonable prices. Just go to Jim's!

Management tried to increase my…read morerental rate (by 25%?!) without providing the obligatory 30 days notice stated in the rental agreement. When contacted, the manager (who was the same manager who finalized and signed my agreement) seemed genuinely surprised that I had taken the time to read the agreement, and (rather than acknowledge an obvious wrong) offered up a bogus explanation that was easily debunked using common sense and clauses within the rental agreement. After a lot of back and forth with this manager, I decided to vacate my unit and take my business elsewhere. I'm not saying to find another storage facility, but be aware that a situation may arise where you will have to explain the Bayside Mini Storage rental agreement to those managing Bayside Mini Storage.
