I have been going to Omni Dental Care for work that I need done and must say both Dr. Borshch and Dr. Krinker are the best dentists I have come across. I had bad experiences in the past until I came across these two individuals. The office is so welcoming beginning with Karolina who greets everyone at the receptionist area. The atmosphere is clean throughout the entire facility. The staff is very caring and professional for the most part. Saturday, April 17, 2021, I went to see Dr. Krinker for my annual cleaning and it was one of the best cleaning I ever had. She made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure because my gums were swollen from seeing another dentist prior to coming for my cleaning. She was very mindful and made sure to numb my gums so I wouldn't get hurt. This is what I call professionalism and caring for your patient. After my cleaning, I was extremely pleased, I wasn't in pain like I have been in the past, and I couldn't stop smiling!!! Like I've said before, "Omni Dental Care" is the BEST dental office I have ever encountered. I will definitely refer my family and friends who need to have dental work done. I left the office just a short while ago. Let me just say.. I have never said the words "wow" and "oh my god" more than I have in the 4 minutes I was looking at my results. Nowww let's rewind. I met Dr. Borshch about a week ago, when I came for a veneers consultation. After going over a few options, I settled for cosmetic bonding. I wanted a smile I was confident in and I was confident Dr. Borshch could master that task. HE DID. BEAUTIFULLY. He told me to think about it before scheduling the appointment, but I scheduled it right away with the amazing and beautiful receptionist Karolina. She is a gem! So today I went for my procedure and the worst part was keeping my mouth open. Dr. Borshch was very patient and attended to my needs when I looked like I needed a break. When he handed me a mirror to look at my new smile, I was terrified. How could you not be? Needless to say any fears I had went away the second I saw my reflection. I literally had tears in my eyes and could not stop looking at myself. I am happy beyond measure with my results. I am over the freakin' moon. I have a follow up appointment next week, as Dr. Borshch wants to give me some time with my teeth to see if I want to make adjustments. Quite frankly, I don't think there are any to be made! I have been going to these dentists for many years, so this review is based on my observations and experience time after time. This is a family-owned business, which means it's small and friendly with a very hospitable atmosphere. At the same time, they are also very professional: they schedule appointments and follow-ups and call you with reminders; they deal with the insurance company for you and tell you what the benefits are; they have great bed-side (or chairside) manner when they perform the exam and give you your options. The office is very modern, with state of the art equipment, top of the line materials, and the best practices. The doctors take the time to stay on top of the developments in the fields so they can always give you the most medically sound and advisable options. The other benefit is that with so much modern technology, things don't take nearly as long as they used to (I got a root canal in about 40 minutes) and even more importantly they don't hurt. In fact, when they work on my teeth, they constantly ask whether I am in any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend making them your dentists. read more

I have always had trouble with dentist whether it was the attitude or just doctors who don't know what they are doing. This place is so amazing i had my second visit here today. The beautiful woman at the front desk is sooooooo wonderful and so sweet. Wait time is pretty short. The office is beautiful and offers snacks and coffee. It is so clean and smells great. All the staff i have met have been so pleasant. Dr. Diana has to be one of the most amazing thorough doctors i have ever met. She knows her stuff and genuinely cares on how you are feeling. My mother and sister initially began going to Omni Dental. They received veneers and other cosmetic procedures for my sisters wedding which were done to perfection. This brought myself, my husband, my kids and all of my friends to the practice. Customer service and cleanliness are always 5 stars. I now live 2 hours away and will still keep them as my family dentist as I trust no one else. They are gentle with my children as well as myself. 12.18.21 Hello: The History: First a filling started cracking in my top right tooth about three weeks back, but I didn't realize what was causing the stabbing headache on that side until two weeks later when I was eating crackers I heard a bigger crunch -- a part of my white filling fell out and. LOL I ate it -- thought it was a crunchy cracker That same night, my tongue realized there was a hole in the tooth!! What??? I have been going to this dentist for over a decade now and will never change. My husband and I now live in Bergen County, NJ which as you can imagine is quite a hike to Brooklyn, but we would never go elsewhere. The service here is unbelievable.
