I had went back to the shop and another employee took a picture and sent them to her - no response, same thing happened again - no response. Had to search for her number and reach out she didn't even offer to take them out and didn't even give a partial refund when they messed up because of her and she tried to blame it on the healing process. Literally got recommended to go to express yourself (they were amazing) by someone in the shop who also said what she was doing wasn't okay and had to go to cowpok (also amazing) to get them out. She fully ghosted me and didn't even offer anything. Both of the other piercers I went to confirmed it was faulty handling and inappropriate length jewelry. I was thinking of going back up but I don't think that would do anything. Everyone else here seems nice so I would only go for tattoos NEVER GO HERE FOR A PIERCING.

The decor is really inviting and clean. I have not had any issues with my piercings, but I do get a weird feeling from the male piercer. He has never done anything inappropriate but he is not very comforting or communicative. He honestly gives me a pretty weird vibe with his standoffish, odd behavior.
