I've only ordered out from here, but inside is clean and there are small seating options inside. The calzone was great. It was really tasty and just enough spice to it. The mac & cheese bites were not the best, but it did the job. I also had pasta salad, which is not pictured and it was really good. We have been getting take-out here as of late, and there seems to be some things that they do pretty well. The service at the counter is friendly. Great tuna subs with good portion of tuna, unlike the local D'angelo franchises that give you the ol corporate skimp! Fantastic salad with grilled chicken - better than most I have had from most houses of pizza. I have tried their Italian calzone, and I was a bit dissapointed with the quanity of meats inside, but their dipping sauce was better than Santucci's of Norwood. I would like to see a better stuffed calzone from them. This has been the best take out spot for us as far as subs and salads that in close proximity to where we live. Looks like a little Mom and Pop shop. But if your vegetarian, their Veggie Lovers Pizza is to die for. The crust has the perfect crunch to it, but holds up well under all the vegetables. BEWARE! They never use gloves to make your pizza or your food. One girl who prepares your food even wears black nail polish while she prepares your food without gloves. We've been regular Omega customers for several years now. We only ever get grinders and they've always been good, but the last couple of times we've ordered, we've noticed that the price went up while the size went down. My small roast beef grinder looks to have 2 (at most 3) slices of roast beef and 2 of the smallest tomato slices I've ever seen. They were no bigger than a half dollar. I actually had to cut them in half to improve my chances of getting some tomato in more than just 2 bites. Even the lettuce, which seems to be overused at most places, was very light. Looks like we'll be trying another local sub shop next time in hopes that we'll get our money's worth. read more

Been twice now. Once to eat there and once for takeout. Both times, food was great. The young lady the works there is very friendly and helpful. The older man (owner?) isn't too friendly, but I guess he knows cooking because as I said, the food is great. Didn't care for the onion rings (barley any onion), but the mozzarella sticks were so good. And the bread the make subs with is light and delicious. Haven't had the pizza yet, but will try that next! Omega is a smallish and to my knowledge 2 location pizza and sub shop who offers great value and great service. They have a tremendous selection of both pizza and sandwiches and a smaller selection of robust and delicious salads and dinners. Try their kabob dinner some time. It is more expensive but well worth it. I am a fan of the pizza mostly. They do a traditional Greek style thin crust and while they sometimes are a bit crispy they are good. The subs are enormous and always made with fresh materials. The salads and dinners I have had are also very good. When you order by delivery the delivery person is usually prompt and is always in good cheer and you have the feeling your business is appreciated. A good neighborhood pizza place and if they can only get their pizza oven right they would be perfect! read more

I called here for delivery once before and today when I called to order again the woman told me I lived outside of the delivery area (I live less than two miles away). When I questioned her because I had called previously she hung up on me rudely. I called back for the manager and she claimed she was and then claimed to be the owner. I asked why as an owner she would hang up on a customer and not deliver so close. She placed me on hold to talk with her delivery driver. I overheard her telling the driver I was rude and him saying he would have had no problem delivering to me. In the end I didn't place an order based on her poor customer service. The food is fine and I'm sure other employees are ok, but whether she is the owner or not the customer service here should be evaluated before they lose more customers. They have definitely lost me and anyone I know. There are too many other average and above average pizza places in the area that treat their customers much better. read more

Never ordering her again and u shouldn't either! The manager (I think he made a lot of claims but he couldn't have been older than 23) was so rude to us! They intentionally got our order wrong as well. For one thing, we called and ordered and they said ok. Come to find out that they gave us wraps that we didn't ask for and not the ones we did. We called again and it was a minute after they closed, and the guy yelled "WE'RE CLOSED" and hung up the phone! There was no receipt with our order but we knew it was the wrong one. We called again and he kept lying to us, different lies. He said "we don't have it on the menu" but did not tell us this when we ordered. Then he said "oh well I thought u said Greek wrap" which was not the order nor did it sound like the thing we ordered. The fact that this was clearly intentional makes me believe this is unsafe. Especially if u have food allergies. DO NOT GIVE THEM UR BUSINESS!!!! There is another Omega Pizza in Wrentham which has much better customer service and is always nice. This is the third time I have ordered from omega and I'm a lil disappointed. My husbands steak and cheese was great. I called in my order which was a large steak and cheese toasted and a small tuna lettuce tomato and pickle cold. Simple order, was told 10 min. So I changed clothes and drove over just about 10 min and they hadn't even started the steak. So I waited.... was asked about my salad and was confused as I ordered subs not salads but she was reading the wrong slip. Then rings me out, I wasn't paying attention to the total but when I got home and checked the prices I was charged for two large subs. Which I did receive but that was not my order. Also my hot sub and cold sub and cold soda were all thrown in one bag. Very good consistent pizza. The sauce is great, topping are pretty good. Crust is very good, a bit different than most places, almost biscuit like on the crust. This is a family owned place that has been around for decades, a hard working family. The place is very clean. Maybe the best pizza place in the area, I can;t think of a better one. The prices are fair, about average for the area. I had a steak sub that was good but a bit skimpy, the onion rings like most places are not very good. Overall a safe bet, give it a try, stay away from chains and their untrained disgruntled employees. read more

Not particularly a fan of greek pizza, but alternatives in the area are practically non-existent. The greek pizza at Omega is actually good and the service and friendliness of staff are appreciated. Always have a deal for a free small pizza when you order two large which is always nice when the number of mouths I need to feed goes up by one or two.
