Doctors recommended surgery. Seeking an alternative, we found Michael Holder through HPT NYC. John's been doing PT massage at home for a couple of months exclusively with Michael and the improvement is remarkable. The pain has dramatically subsided while his strength and mobility have returned to near normal states. Michael's hands on treatment are what have allowed John to avoid surgery and eliminate pain medication. Michael is fantastic to work with; tremendously supportive, very personable, knowledgeable and extremely resourceful.

I am not one to usually write Yelp reviews, but had such a splendid time at F Squared Physical…read moreTherapy that I felt compelled to write one of (if not my actual) first review ever for them. I started going to F Squared at the beginning of 2018 and only stopped going when I had to move (because of my job) across the country. From day 1 the staff was incredibly attentive to my specific needs -- I am a cyclist with somewhat constant knee pain when I ride and I wanted ways to reduce my tendinopathy. F Squared was one of the few places (I've been to about 3 different physical therapy centers for the issue) that actually worked with and for cyclists. I was put on a regime to reduce my pain and increase my flexibility. Starting in March, Kelley Zupanek was hired by F Squared. She is a triathlete and immediately started to further refine my regime to make it so my cycling pain would go away. What I appreciated about Kelley was her constant encouragement and adjustment of my exercises. If something hurt me, she found a new way to do it. If I was feeling lazy with my exercises, she would encourage me. One of the great features of F Squared is the one-on-one time you spend with the therapist. Unlike other PT places I've been to, this individualized and constant attention made me much more cognizant and confident in my exercises. Given Kelley's instruction, I'm happy to say that my tendinopathy has been significantly reduced and I am still using the exercises she gave me weekly, if not daily. That all being said, if you are a cyclist and/or ride a bicycle and are looking for physical therapy involving this sport, I can't recommend F Squared Physical Therapy and Kelley enough! It's truly a great place to get therapy.

Monique is a treasure!!! I've been a patient of hers for the past 7+ years - first for a shoulder…read moreinjury, then plantar fasciitis in both feet. Both situations I ignored until the pain became unbearable, yet Monique guided me to a full recovery from conditions I thought too severe to heal. After moving to another state, I recently saw a different physical therapist for a wrist issue. That experience--impersonal, assembly-line treatment with no clear plan for healing--was in stark contrast to Monique's care. It was a reminder of what an exceptional doctor she is. With Monique, I always feel seen and heard. Her care is deeply personalized, and she has an incredible gift for identifying the root of the problem and treating it effectively. On top of her skill, she's approachable, easy to talk to, and has a wonderful sense of humor. I can't recommend her highly enough!

So I did not have my hopes high booking this appointment... but god did Dr Klemt identify and fix my issues right away. Dr Klemt was extremely patient and thorough with his process of identifying and treating the problems. He would not move on until I told him a certain point of pain has relief 100%. Days after our initial treatment I still felt fresh and much lighter, following what he told me to do for upkeep. All this is also covered by insurance, so it's not breaking my bank! I will add that not only was the treatment INCREDIBLE, but Dr. Klemt's knowledge and his way of explaining, in-detail, what he diagnoses and how it will be corrected is straight-up, matter-of-fact and extremely THOROUGH. I will continue to see him instead of my orthopedic doctor because the results with him have been phenomenal without a cortisone shot! Highly recommend

I was referred to this place after I was injured and honestly there was hardly no offices open for patient care at the time. I disconnected not because I didn't need treatment I stopped going because I wasn't receiving the right type of care. The physical Therapist caught Covid and I was treated by the masseuse. I still remain injured but thankfully I found a Doctor who cares about the patients well being and not just about how many people you can overcrowd in a waiting area. Getting into an accident and using no-fault accident insurance can be challenging but the reality is that the pain the people suffer is real and therefore the treatment should be real as well. Don't get me wrong this is a very smart Doctor Who cares very little about quality patient care. Stay away there are good no fault Dr.s out there if you search.
